I have mine from a couple months. Impressions: 1. The rear motor came with a malfunction, a strange metal noise like is hitting something inside. I had videotaped the issue, the seller sent me a new motor without payment, but I needed to change it on my own money (not nice, KETELES!!!) 2. The settings for screen are not very well documented, but I have figured out most of them...still, the issues that remains: a) There is no difference between 1 to 5 at assistance smoothness...(not the assistance power, but assistance smoothness)...any you put, is just no effect. b) There is no explanation about lockable suspension, when to use it, when not, how to check and charge it if is needed at some point... c) Sometimes if you have the assistance set more than 1, if you walk with it, is suddenly accelerating without warning, trying to leave....a brake solve it, but is very upsetting this. d) The battery....is holding power for 60km max at level 2/5 assistance, but this is not the biggest issue, the main issue is that the display shows you remaining ZERO and the battery is showing you 2/5 power lines....so how the hell to know what is the true remaining charge ????? In rest, is a solid bike, very heavy so if you remain without power will be very hard to use only pedals, but if the all above is fixed, can be a good choice.

I have the K800 Pro and it is a great value and awesome bike.

They will not back there products i bought a keteles k800 pro 1500 bucks. It arrived broken. They will talk to you like they care but they don't care. You can't get in touch with them there number is in mainland china. They will ignore you till you give up...i took my bike to a bike shop i don't know yet if they can fix it yet out of my pocket..if anyone knows of a sure way to get thru to them let me know..without the information on there website..if your bike has a problem you on your own. *Update!* it’s unfortunate about what happened to yours but mine arrived like 2 weeks after my comment I’m still using my bike to commute to work it’s amazing what the e-bike can do for you I’m almost at 400 miles and of course you will need just a bit of maintenance if you riding like on hills or bumps because the handle bar might get loose or the lights so be careful with that other than that I rate the bike a 4.5 out of 5
