The throwing mechanics is fine tbh, it’s the fact that receivers don’t chase the ball nor do they run fast. The AI receivers just aren’t developed enough, also they need to make a multiplayer exhibition mode where what u have to do is watch the other team play and you just sit it’s boring and all but atleast you can play friends

nfl pro eras throwing mechanics are to simulate actually being a nfl qb, while 2md is arcade. 2md feels better, because of the amount of assist that is put onto every throw. It's hard to compare the two because theyre meant to be such different games.

2MD has the better throwing mechanics and the play design element is really cool, but the crowd interaction and sideline views of your defense really makes Pro Era shine

As somebody who has both of them i see this as an absolute win

With 2md you can play more positions in game while in pro era you're just a quarterback. But pro era has very good art and that stuff. I'd go with 2md. But if they add different positions to pro era, I'd do pro era.

Your not looking at the good sides of pro era, in pro era you can watch the defense, play multiplayer, play with your favorite team and players, play full seasons. Don’t get me wrong i love 2md because of the owners but don’t just look at the details it doesn’t have, look what it does have.

Pro era it’s so much fun

At the time I’m watching this I already have both. And I can say that if you just want a small football game buy 2md. But if you want to feel like a real nfl QB or just play vr madden then buy pro era. Hope this helps😊

I downloaded pro era on my VR on steam yesterday and the controls are hard but when you learn how to throw it gets easier to play. Pro era is a really good game it has great art and you gotta pump your arms to run. No hate to any other football games.

2md has better gameplay, while Pro Era has better atmosphere and presentation

I have both. Pro era is good if you just wanna play qb and play actual nfl teams but if you wanna play qb and wr then 2md is wayyy better for its pricing

Pro era 2 for realism and if you want to use your favorite nfl team adm is more arcade style

2MD's throwing sucks its the reason why its dogshit but the receiver mechanics are the only half decent thing about the game

I think 2MD is still competing rn because of its wr mode, but once nfl pro era adds it, 2MD is done! I have both games, tried both of them and in my personal opinion, Pro era is much better. Once they add wr mode and gridiron games against friends online, the game will be 100x better. 2MD was pretty bad when it first came out, and it barely had features, and now it has a lot more. So people hating on Pro era just gotta give it more time

After playing both a crap ton, I can say without a doubt 2md smokes this game. 2md is the better football experience in every way, but Pro era beats 2md in setting and graphics but that’s about it. Gameplay wise, 2md is superior.
