That is one of the another rotations on a reloaded plate I have seen!

Have you tried patterning that load? I have patterned that exact same load and 15.5 grains gets pretty hot, over 1300fps and it affects the pattern pretty bad. If you drop it down to roughly 14.5 grains it slows it down to about 1200fps and the pattern turns out much better, you will get alot less holes in your pattern. Good video, keep it up.

What powder bushing do you use to get 14.1 grains of Longshot. I’m using AAHS hull,Longshot powder,CB5034 wad,3/4 oz 8 shot. I’ve tried different bushings and it is no where near close. 1200 fps is what I am loading. Thanks

There are tons of data out there for lead loads. Hodgedon, Alliant, Federal websites. Hodgedon has some limited bismuth data. Ballistic products has limited no-tox data. A lot of it is loading and testing.

How do you start out with an empty machine?

When set up properly, the machine will not drop powder or shot unless a hull is present at that particular station. MEC has several videos on YT showing this.
