Thank you for this video, I really like that you dont go too fast in your videos. My body has improved a lot since I started doing yoga practice with your videos. I have tried yoga for many many years but notice the instructors alway go too fast and can’t focus or get dizzy or can’t keep up with them. Thank you again Uliana😊

I loved the cue at 6:20 to tick the tailbone slightly and lift through the lower belly: it gave amazing stretch. I also loved all the lower body stretches in this one, because my legs were sore and stiff -> I did this session yesterday, and today I felt much better! Thank u!

Great way to learn Yoga
Thanks, video has perfect selection of exercises, pacing and guidance. I did it for a week straight and already notice improvements in range. I've been doing yoga as a beginner for years on and off and I've seen the most improvement from your videos. Thanks so much! I like the standing only option as well.

Went back go this upload again and it's perfect from start to end! Works every body part and you're a such a SUPER STAR YOGA TEACHER! Namaste and warm greetings to your kind heart🧡🙏. FYI: I think doing a lot of standing yoga has definitely helped improve my bone density and a so grateful for your grace and guidance.

Such a wonderful practice. I'm excited to see another program! Unfortunately, Buy Me a Coffee is not accepting my card, which has happened to me in the past with their site. Hopefully things get fixed in the future!
