I turned 40 last year and have been here for 2.5 years. I do not do every workout, some weeks just two or three, or 10 min series, and my body is strong and fit. In terms of food I am also susceptible to weaknesses :). I am truly in awe what weight training and consistency do for my body and mind! It helped me through COVID and is helping me now through the war in my country, through my studies and family. I am forever grateful to Heather!!!

This one was sweatier than expected! I added some light, 2.5lb weights to a few moves and it made a difference! I swapped this one with Wednesday, because it was 10pm by the time I could fit it in. I love these workouts but I wish you had some that were longer and a bit more challenging. This one felt like a good stretch but didn't work up any kind of sweat. Great to have both as an option depending on the day! Love your workouts and appreciate the ability to pick length and style!
