Everyone makes mistakes but when you show it on TV, that's when things go crazy, for better or worse. Also, the Steve Harvey Miss Colombia slip-up was so crazy that Colombian viewers were actually angry and gave Steve Harvey death threats, even if what he did was a mistake. No offense Colombians but the fact you guys have given Steve Harvey death threats and attacks for a mix-up was low and honestly terrible. It's not like he and Miss Philippines conspired to take away Miss Columbia's crown. How embarrassing.

The funny thing was every show after the Grammy performance, before Metallica did Moth into Flame, Hetfield jokingly did a mic check. He turned a mishap into a running gag.

When Axel Rose, and Slash went to accept their award. They were beyond drunk. And let a few "F" bombs slip.

I love the idea of Saturday Night Fever being more timeless than Welcome Back Kotter because while I did like the TV show, I loved the movie. As in it's one of my top ten favorite films of all time.

During a WCW live event in which a new wrestler called the Shock Master was to be introduced, the wrestler bashed through the door but foot got caught on a piece of wood causing him to slip and his helmet came off.

Ages ago all television shows were live. The one I remember was on the Garry Moore Show. I'm guessing most of you haven't even heard his name. It was a variety show with lots of skits and wardrobe changes. After the last skit, he quickly changed and came out on the stage to close that night's program. He wasn't zipped and was going commando.

In that same era Aurther Godfrey had a live variety show and they were doing the show poolside somewhere and they also did the commercials live. The sponser was one of the TV mahufactures and when the stage hand wheeled the set out for the spot he hit a cable and the consol TV went into the pool. Aurther Godfrey dove in and did the commercial in the pool.

MTV was live from Hawaii. One host was getting a massage and the masseuse kept moving the towel that covered his behind lower. He kept reaching around to pull the towel back up. Finally, he aggressively reached around, lifting his upper torso high enough you could see his diddly hanging down. The next day, back in the studio, you could tell he was mortified, but he kept it together, what a trooper!

Way back when the weather forecast used something like fuzzy felt to put the details on the map I was watching as the letter 'F' fell off the map of Britain behind the weather man. When he looked behind him to summarize, he saw what had happened and said '... and sorry about the 'F' in fog' - his face was a picture of horror as he realized what he had said and the screen went blank as the BBC realized it as well. I'm so glad I was paying attention to the weather that day!

I'm surprised that there was no mention of Geraldo Rivera's special showing the contents of Al Capone's vault in 1986. It turns out nothing was in there. Also the band Milli Vanilli was caught lip singing live on TV during 1990. They had to give back their grammy award that they won.

My ex wife and I left her parent's house right after the Janet Jackson nip slip. Was hit head on by another driver. I was at a STOP SIGN!!!

I prefer the old radio bloopers. There are so many to enjoy. The ultimate one has to be the Uncle Don, who was allegedly heard saying "Well, that oughta hold the little bastards!" after reading the comics live on air. The mic was still on. Urban legend or not, it still sends a smile to you all. So, when are we going to see the infamous "List 25" bloopers and outtakes? We know that Tristan has been hording them to use against you Mike.

During the time of the show airing, there was a kind of streaker mania going on and people all over the USA would run naked through a grocery store, gas station, etc. I think it all started happening when a song came out called “The Streak”! By Ray Stevens.
