    While he obviously isn't on their level, he does have many aspects of some of the greats. Lebron's aggression and brute force, Kobe's 1v1 dominance, Shaq's ability to bust through a wall of defenders to get to the hoop for the lay up or dunk, and MJ's hang time and general ball handling. Again, he isn't on the same level as the players listed, but he has the traits of these legends, and will (likely) go down as one of the best generalists in the league.

    This young man is so explosive that when he does a sick quick drop or back scratcher it seems he is settling! There were a few clips where he did an uber athletic tomahawk . You need like 90 dunk in 2k to do that lol. He could use a few more baseline reverse dunks to top off the total package. Maybe a 360 here and there.

    Man, it’s so unfortunate that Poole didn’t workout. It would’ve been so cool to have the Old three slowly phased out and the new young core come together. Could’ve secured the continuation of the dynasty. Now it’s still not bad but less certain things will work out.

    Ideally, he should be at around 28-32 minutes a game. He is presumptive starter and closer at this point so the only way his minutes go down is IF getting those two back results in more blow outs where starters rest the 4th or he starts reverting to bad plays too often. JK's ability to drive and collapse a defense (now under control and court aware) makes him essential to spacing for the 1st unit and scoring for the second unit - his minutes are safe. Its Podz minutes that may suffer some. I would expect that on nights they are not playing well, KT and Wiggins minutes are up for grabs too. Moody's minutes probably swing to GPII. Quionnes and Santos will be back to mostly emergency reserve duty, but if they have any real hope of a deep playoff run, eventually they will need to rest Curry and CP3 late season whenever possible and IF possible, which is not likely given the current record.

    He's an incredible athlete. Scoring is not a problem obviously. But to truly be a great player, he needs to take the next step and start making his teammates better, not just himself. Right now he's more of a complementary player, albeit a damn good one. Can he make that great pass? He needs to eventually start doing that as the defenses will start to key on him as he becomes more of a focal point on offense.

  • @opieg7333

    @opieg7333

    I think he can. They experimented with him playing point forward (Draymond's role) late first season and early second. It did not go well - partly because the back up guard play. But overall the growth in his seeing the floor and understanding the coverage that allows him to score also makes for a better passer. He will still be young player stubborn and dribble into trouble sometimes, because he is a young player but he has shown to be willing to pass enough this year and i the past. Would be interesting to see them try to reinstall the point-forward concept with him now in the second unit.

    We have officially a 2nd option type of player with foul merchants. The only missing piece from this team is Klay and Wiggins struggle at the field goal percentage. If they figured it out, without a doubt they are a championship contender.

    Wiseman had these flashes in his rookie year, but Kerr wanted him to play with how the offense flows centered to Curry. I think Wiseman couldve panned out if they let him be himself in the court, yes theres needs so much work to be done in his game but the way he dunks and finishes when he gets a path to the hoop. Thats something javale mcgee offered (but better) and what also made the 2015 and 2016 offense so deadly coz of the inside out threat. i mean i dont think the spurs couldve won twithout Manu's controlled chaos, playing outside of the offense. The team needed something like that and seeing how TJD is being utilized, itll be a big mistake not playing him when the playoffs come

But deafinately 3 out of the next 5 yrs we're shipping all over the country. 2 things on my mind about the next 2 years. who will we get come draft time and who will we pick up come offseason/trade deadline. GSW will have 6 or 7 by the time the first of if not all three retire ten J.K. will grab one afterthem. irf they dont just ride it out with us from the bench.
