25 Minute Full Body Dumbbell HIIT Workout [ Burn Fat // Build Muscle ]
Tap in with us for a 25 minute high intensity workout that's built to help you build muscle and burn body fat/calories. This session is split into 3 different groups and each group will get progressively harder as you advance through the workout. You only need a moderate to light pair of dumbbells but we recommend mixing in different weights (if you have them) to challenge you with each movement. If you need modifications for any of the exercises, we recommend regressing back to the corresponding exercises from the previous levels. This is a great workout to do weekly and progress with over time. Be sure to drop a comment and let us know how you did!

I have been a trainer for 9 years. I am now going to back to school, so much studying and hardly have the time and energy to want to workout. Training for a 5K obstacle course. Today I did your 15min HIIT plyo, then this workout at a fast pace. All I can say is, weighted squat jumps got me screaming 😱😱 BUT....got'm done 💪🏻💪🏻 So thankful for you guys!!! My husband and I have been following you all exclusively for over 2 years now. This is a tough workout - fab, but tough. I had to work up & down the weights (12kg, 10kg, 8kg) depending on the exercise (I need to do some work on my upper body strength🥴). Feel pumped now, thank you 👍🏻💪🏼😊
