    I did this after one of your full-body sessions. It felt a-mazing! “rounded shoulders, slouched posture, and a desk job with long hours at the computer” is unfortunately an accurate description of me. This is definitely a stretch sess I will repeat regularly. Thank u!

    Hello Mira! This is really where I feel tensions everyday, and, waow!!!... Even each posture is painful, I felt myself so much better after done it!     Hi Mira I struggle with both tight pecs and shoulder tendonitis would just lying on a towel with arms by sides help open up my pecs without impacting the shoulders too much

    Mira, can you please tell me the alternative movements for the crunch movement, because the doctor said for my neck that I should not do the stretching and sitting movements at all.
