    Short and sweet. The classes split up makes it go quick and feel easy until you get to the end of class and have a hard time bring a bottle of water to your lips. I got it done, I'm hydrated!!

    Using the band in addition to the dumbbells really took it to the next level. Put away my Christmas tree afterward and removing each ornament was a challenge 😂

    These split routines are great! You can really concentrate on muscles that you may lose focus on during the total body workouts. I always hated using the bands but since starting your workouts I am getting a lot better with them. Thanks for all you do!

    I did the leg workout for today before this one. I had double-knotted my laces so they wouldn't come undone while removing the Regina band. When I finished this workout, my arms were so tired I almost couldn't undo the knots! Now that's a good arm workout! Thanks Chris!

    Yowza those little bands can pack a punch! Adding them to the moves with dumbbells was intense! The 25 minutes goes by so fast!

    Loved this workout......working out with the bands was a different and better workout than my weights. Putting the tension on the band for triceps and biceps was harder than the weights....and definitely a challenge.......loved this!!!

    I liked the biceps with just the double bands. That felt interesting. Bands plus dumbbells are also a fun variation. Another great class.

    Wow.... I just finished the after-party "tri before you bi" workout, and my arms feel like wet noodles.😜 I challenged myself with heavier weights. No shame in my game for having to decrease weight in some of the tricep moves. 👍🏼🤗👍🏼

    Holy smokes! When you described this as a "burning biceps and triceps workout," you were not kidding! This was not boring as each muscle was worked differently (yet similar) a few times and then repeated once. Excellent workout, thank you! By the way...your hair looked so cute today (as it it always does anyway, but it looks like you got a cut!).

    Great class, I'll definitely feel this tomorrow and the next day and - let's be real - the next day. I donate platelets and the phlebotomists have commented on my toned arms (and juicy veins!) of which I have you and your classes to thank! So many things inspire me to work hard to stay healthy and reduce likelihood of injury, but I also like to think they make me a better donor too. THANK YOU, Chris!

    Was able to do this and legs live! So fun… and not sure why, but it seemed more challenging doing it live. I don’t typically pause when I do replay, so it must be a mental thing. 😊 Fun and challenging workouts!
