Finally managed this. I've been level 3 navy seal for a while now but seem to be behind on 6 count so feel slightly better today. 250 feels a long way off though 😮

That's what worked for me yesterday. I went up from 231 to 240 by doing 20 sets of 12, a steady pace throughout. After the first ten sets I just kept pushing myself to do another set of 12 . There is no way I would have reached 240 reps by doing ten sets of 24.
