Your channel has no complete SEO for any videos, no channel tags, no video tags, no end screens, no chapters added and no SEO-friendly titles and descriptions. Hi Anne, the property including the house, barn, garage and summer kitchen have a total floor area of approx 300 m2 - with the house over 2 floors so will be a bit bigger than that in total.

I know you said you won't reveal the property price . I just wonder if you think you got it too cheap or overpaid. Most You-tubers are happy to share . It's ok to be different though but expect less views.

Hi again, to answer your question, comparing the prices of various properties in the area we bought, we think we got it for a fair price for the size of the property/land and the condition of the house. We don't think we paid too much and definitely didn't get it too cheap. Our Bulgarian builder said we got it at the right price. We may at some stage disclose the price once we have renovated it.
