This class is a big heart raiser whether you're a beginner, intermediate or advanced bouncer. Use what you have at home. If you have the equipment, use a low dumbbell for bouncing 0-1.5kg and a slightly heavier weight for the Power Weights section 0.5-10kg. 3 minutes of bouncing and 3 minutes of Power Weights alternating.     I know I've already commented on this workout but i did it again today and i just have to say how much i love it. The music is one of my favourites , the beat is just perfect and the pace is just right to go along with the weights...I swapped between a 2kg and a 4kg, which was tough but felt comfortable. And in answer to Scotts question....my shoulders feel gooood in a couldn't lift a teabag kind of a way. 🤭

    @@sanfranfitness Yes, which was great to see (lol) but he was using much heavier weights than me. Is a really good routine, enjoyed it very much and the time went by amazingly quickly.

    No I’m sorry as this is a website video. Honestly for only £14 a month we have so much wonderful content on the website it’s really is worth just trying it for 1 month to see what is available. You can easily cancel before the next payment is due and I don’t think you would be disappointed with what you find and it’s definitely well worth the pennies 😉
