ከዶ/ር አረጋ ይርዳው ጋር ለ 2 ዓመታት በቅርበት አብሬያቸው ለመስራት ችያለው። የተጠቁሱትን 24 ነጥቦች በሙሉ እየኖርኩ አይቻቸዋለሁ። These 24 key leadership traits are the experiences he went through. But I wish if there is also another chance/show that would reveal the personal qualities that he is bestowed with......he practiced people centered leadership in all his ways.....within and outside the office. His all rounded knowledge of social and natural sciences makes him a person that you won't get tired of listening. I was impressed by the potential he has got even before I started to work alongside him. On the very first day we met, I told him that I want to learn from his way, style and experience. And he advised me that it would be better if you could be around and see everything. Then I joined Unity university. I have learned a lot....more that the 24 leadership experiences.....I am always grateful for that. Love and Respect for you Doc!

ዶክተር አደራ - አቀራረብና ዝግጅቱ ፣ እጅግ ማራኪ ስለነበሩ ሳልጠግበው ነው ሃያው ደቂቃ ያለቀው። - ሌላው ደግሞ፣ ማንም ሰው ሊረዳው በሚችለው መልኩ፣ በቅደም ተከተል ሁሉንም ስለ አስረዳህን እጅግ አድርገን በቸሩ መድሃኒአለም ስም እናመሰግናለን። - ከዶክተር አረጋ ፣ የትምህርትና የረጅም ጊዜ ለምዳቸውን ስለ አካፈሉን እጅግ አድርገን በፈጣሪ ስም እናመሰግናቸዋለን። በግሌ ብዙ ነገር ተምሬያለሁ፣ በዚሁ ቀጥሉ ።
ከዶክተር አረጋ የስራ ልምድ በመነሳት በጣም ቁልፍ የሆኑ ነገሮችን በዚህ መልክ ወደፊት አምጥቶ ሁሉም ሰው በቀላሉ ሊረዳቸው በሚችልበት መንገድ በዶክተር አደራ የቀረበው የሀሳብ ትንተና ለጀማሪዎችና በስራውም ውስጥ እያሉ የወጠኑትን ሀሳብ ከዳር ለማድረስ ፍላጎት ላላቸው ግሩም አቀራረብ ነው ብዙዎችም ከዚህ የስራ ልምድ በመነሳት ትልቅ ትምህርት እንደሚወስዱበት አምናለሁ
