How To Breathe: We Spent 24 Hours With Wim Hof 'The Iceman'.
Wim Hof became known as ‘The Iceman’ by showing the world his scientific breakthroughs related to cold exposure. He climbed Mount Kilimanjaro in shorts, ran a half marathon above the Arctic Circle barefoot, and stood in a container while covered with ice cubes for more than 112 minutes.
Using 'cold, hard nature' as his teacher, his extensive training has enabled him to learn to control his breathing, heartrate, and blood circulation to withstand extreme temperatures.
Wim has made it his mission to share what he’s learned with the rest of the world.

This was great guys. I've been watching Wim on freeze the fear with Wim Hof and he is so inspirational.
I'm so happy to watch your new video! And again, it's like magic, most of the things that were said in this video I really needed to hear. So huge thank to you, guys! I found your channel a couple of weeks ago, I was at my lowest to be honest, really upset, disappointed and devastated... I was changing jobs and wasn't fully sure that this was a right choice to make. I'm still not sure btw but it's better now. And then there were you two, funny guys who made my grumpy days a little bit better with their videos. I immediately fell in love with the whole wak team. Each of you is so unique and creative. Been waiting for a video for ages hello from naija
I've been practicing Wim Hof breathwork regularly for nearly 2 years. I rather prefer a hot saltwater soak to a cold plunge, but it keeps me sane in insane times. Costs nothing and you can do it practically anywhere. I timed a breath hold once at 4;23. The high from an in-breath after a long hold is better than any drug, and I've tried most of them!
