Agree that the R8 was the spiritual successor to the original NSX. Also agree the E30 is a great classic, and was probably the second most yuppie-associated vehicle after the 911, which was the ultimate yuppiemobile back in the day. Good ones will also almost certainly increase in value, although lesser examples may end up getting caught in ULEZ hell if ULEZ expands to all the major cities.

Thanks! Fox body Mustangs? Yeah, they've been getting pretty strong for a couple of years now in the market. Can't remember, but might have mentioned them in the previous videos. But definitely worth seeking out good examples of the editions you mentioned!

I drive a 350z, so yes I have to agree with that, I also race a VW Beatle Funcup and Audi R8. The BX looked iconic, but drove around corners like a drunk Jelly.

great vid, love your BMW. I was thinking of spending £5k on a merc SL350 or SL500 R230 and wondered what your thoughts are? (I know to look out for base suspension on the SL500). It will become more of a garage queen.

Loved the BX I had but then got a few Xantia. I think future classics will be the Citroen C6 amd on an odd note the Nissan Cube

Citroen C6 prices are rising significantly as we speak, but ULEZ expansions could see that change as the vast majority are relatively old-school diesels. If you can get a petrol, for which you'll likely pay a significant premium, I think you'd be on to a winner in the longer term.

Get a good Lancia Delta HF Integrale Evo now before they really sky rocket in value. You can still get good ones for less than £70k but they will be £250k+ cars in the not so distant future.
