Best part of the videos is when Ken runs the video at high speed, and he is nailing. Sounds like a machine gun!

Ken, I've been a subscriber for a while now, absolutely love the videos. But I do want to say that only an HONEST MAN would list the price of the project and provide the details that you almost always do; like the lumber pricing (ouch, we're getting gouged again!) reports and sometimes even a comparison on chip vs ply etc. Hats off to you Ken I look forward (yep I ring the bell and add a like) to your vids. Happy Holidays to you and yours!

Lumber prices here are out of control,For a while you couldn’t even get anything at least now the materials are available for the most part you are going to pay dearly for them though.I want to put up a 40 x 60 garage and was looking on KZread for ideas and I came across your channel ,now you have a new fan and subscriber LOL.I’m in upstate NY ,So I want to do it right with good insulation and quality doors etc.

I kind of wonder, is he just a wee bit like me and likes renting the heavy equipment every and again because they're so much fun to operate? LOL When I was a kid working for my father toward the end of a project he'd send me to the rental yard to pick up a bobcat or tractor and scraper, maybe even a backhoe! When it was delivered he conveniently never had time to operate it. YIPPEEEEKAIYAAAA! I loved it. I think that stayed in my blood Because I was always renting equipment, the bigger the better! How are you able to cover the walls and roof instantly? I live in "local gover-tized liberal, USA, "Washington State". I can't drive a nail without an inspection! Seriously! I just did a building in a "ritzy" city, I had the inspector down to inspect my footing rebar, I was told I needed to get a setback inspection from "zoning department".before I could pour FT'gs?! Even tho the property was professionally surveyed from the city survey crew... and all the bld building corners/property lines/all elevations were approved at the Permit stage.? HUN? So huge situation with my companies office and the city is happening, then this "zoning" guy shows up with a 25' tape and wants me to run strings over the offset pins (the elevation differences were over 10'+/-) so my string is 15' high on low side and this office guy is trying to use his tape measure and check to the string to the FT'g bar/wall line? Needless to say, rest of job was a nightmare! That city had "local codes" and "code enforcement teams", the
