That Scag 21 inch looks like it vacuums real well. It sucked up those leaves very nicely with minimal blow out. I put a high lift bagging blade on my Toro Commercial 21". It improves the bagging performance but I was still getting some blowout during fall clean up requiring a 2nd pass to clean things up. That Scag looks like it would improve productivity during fall clean ups. Haven't seem much feedback on its performance with leaves yet. Thanks for the video.

We live in the south we don’t have many leaves but I use the Toro for a job I’m not trying to suck up a lot of stuff. But that scag makes a clean lawn great.

Im a Scag man through and through, but take a look at that Ferris FW15. 32"cut, 1 move height adjustment, 10.2 hp Honda engine, air tires in back, castor wheels in front, hydrostatic drive with reverse, side discharge, mulch, or rear bag. Ive seen videos where the guys mount accelerator bags on the side. There is one big problem with them, though. Their red paint doesn't coordinate well with your orange Scag.

lol at the paint. I don’t think we have a Ferris dealer around me but I decided to go scag because company I work for 10 years ago have a turf tiger and that machine cut acres like nothing.

I perimeter cut twice first to give myself some turning around space, works great

We all doing things differently. We like to try and cut one and move on 15 minutes a cut.

Recycler is good but the hp on the scag is a beast.

Yeah, it's a pain pulling ( and cleaning the wet deck of ) a 30, but I get the biggest mower I can into any given situation 😂 Those wide edges, you just have to let them grow back in. I've rehabbed a few terrible edges, and it usually takes one, maybe two seasons to get right again. I don't keep egging them that way, no matter what a homeowner says about not edging all the way back-- and I haven't had one complain yet.

Yes but a lot of customers once I give the price for dirt and labor. The customer change their mind

@@tasklawnservicesllc6508 If it's really bad, it might take a bag or two.of soil, but I just let the turf grow and fill in the edges by not edging until it grows back over to the walks. Takes nothing but time.

I just purchase the scag 30, i have the castor wheels. I agree, you did get tired. However, i do enjoy finish quicker..next purchase is going to be the 21

I had the first one without the castor wheels. But it’s still a great machine but I just needed something faster and smaller because I already have a 36”.

Ok, that make sense. If you have 36. I been in the business for 3 years. This my 1st commercial mower. But that 21, seems legit as a back up

Also, they need to outlaw edging like that. I hate going to a property and they have that edge..smh
