I was meditating the other day in my backyard and I started feeling energy entering my body through my legs. Then I lowered my hands and touched the earth and it felt as if electricity was flowing through my fingers. Idk what exactly I experienced, but it felt like the earth was charging me. I then felt this pressure in my forehead, it hurt but felt good at the same time. It felt like all of the bad energy was leaving my body through my third eye while nature was recharging me 🕊✨

I found this video because I googled “Alicia Keys healer.” I had no idea she did this, but I was watching a random video about her makeup line and was remembering one other video I saw of her a couple years ago, and I thought, “she is a healer.” I then googled it and found out she already knows. Of course she does. Amazing. I don’t believe in celebrity worship, but the very few times I’ve seen Alicia in videos, I fell in love with her.

Thank you so much for the beginnings of a much-needed practical experience. I have incorporated meditation into my daily routine, and its the best decision or that missing puzzle piece in my life. As a single mom working full time, school full time, and being a mom full time-it was like no damn time to just breathe.
