Having the sets makes sense as you can easily mix and match anything with black and white

I look forward to seeing which ethical/ sustainable brands you end up purchasing. I am extremely sensitive to the feel of fabric and it has been challenging to find items that are 100% ORGANIC cotton without synthetics ( plastics) added to them. And then to also find them in my preferred color palette and cut/ style. I also spend the majority of my time at home and eyed very comfortable clothes. This video is very helpful inspiration.

Yes it can be very challenging for us to find the right clothes in the materials that feel right for us and that are also ethically made and indeed in the right color and shape. I know the struggles ;) I'm scrolling a lot on Etsy and in most cases I can find the items I'm searching for luckily. If you have any tips or brands that you recommend I would love to hear that if you like to share :)

I love this ❤️ I didn't know that the Netherlands gets hot in the summer. I live in USA. Thanks for mentioning about how peer pressure can be an influence with our clothing choices and how brands give us too many choices with laundry detergent.

Thank you so much for your nice comment! 💛 Yes actually the last couple of years the summers in the Netherlands are even called subtropical. They say it's because of the climate change that our summers are now quite hot. In the summers we always had a couple of weeks with very high temperature but mostly back in the days it would rain ;) so things have changed here. And I appreciate you mentioning that you find peer pressure for wearing certain clothes and the amount of laundry products companies give us to use also important topics. I know it had such a huge influence and effect on me so I find it important to talk about.

All over Europe there are four specific seasons. Summer all over can be hot.

I think your wardrobe looks great. Very nice and comfortable clothes. I'm getting away from dark colors because of our two cats. Cat hair everywhere! And also, I like more earthy colors nowadays. Very nice video

I love flared trousers, I had these cool flared jeans that felt amazing but unfortunately they are too big for me now as I’ve lost weight. If you ever need to deodorise you’re clothes you can add white vinegar to your wash. It has the added benefit of deodorising the machine and removing lime scale too. Baking soda or soda crystals can be added to a white clothing wash to brighten whites.

Wow beautiful clothing, could you list where you bought them? I just noticed your channel and subscribed, lovee your content as i am a minimalist as well moving towards extreme minimalism. The sponges are made by mother I think she had a small store on Etsy but I'm not sure now if she is still doing that. I'll ask her and if so I will put a link. But I've also seen similar ones from other sellers on Etsy. Most of my clothes I have for quite a while and I'm not sure if they are still in stores, I doubt it because it's been years ago. I also have some that are from thrift stores. But I used to buy almost all of my clothes at "Costes Fashion". It used to be my favorite store back in the day. I think one or two exceptions are from Zara. New subscriber here, love your channel! I agree with all you said except for the laundry. I think that mixing whites with colors is not a good idea, also I never mix underwear with pillows or blankets, I know that the washing machine washes all but I just don't like the idea. I do separate laundry for kitchen stuff, bed linen +pillows, whites and colors. That doesn't mean I do laundry 4 times a week as I wait to have a full load of stuff before throwing stuff in the washing machine.

Thank you so much and welcome! :) Good to hear about your laundry routine. Yes, I understand that you don't want to mix white with color. It definitely affects the brightness. Personally I like it more when my white clothes aren't that bright white so I like to mix it. And I also can understand that you don't like the idea of mixing everything together. It's important to listen to what feels best for you and have a routine that works well for you :)

Thank you so much, I'm happy to hear that you liked it! :) I just bought the powder without the perfumes and other stuff in there. There were different brands I have purchased, just what I could buy in the store. But since a couple of months I use soap-nuts to do my laundry and I can definitely recommend them if you like natural. It is quite different from anything else and I had to adjust to it a little but now I love them :) They are called soap-nuts, I don't know where you live, but in the Netherlands I can get it in the grocery store and I know they are available online as well.

I use now soap nuts again. I used them already, but my white clothes looked so bad after using that i changed it. Now i use the soap nuts with eesential oils and vinegar for dark clothes. For white I use a basic and ecofriendly powder with the essential oils, vinegar and natural oxygen bleach. I will also will try to put my white clothes into citric acid before washing. This advice is from another channel.

I have bought these at several places. My favorite store used to be Costes Fashion, and most of my clothes come from that place. Also, secondhand in thrift stores and a few items come from Zara and Etsy. I hope this helps you a bit! :)

I have 12 t-shirts and 5 pairs of shorts. I wear men's undershirts and boxers(my husband's) to sleep in. For winter, I have 2 pairs of leggings and I just add a sweatshirt on top of my t-shirt.

I'm very grateful that I don't have to wear "grown up" clothes 🙂 Also I live in a hot climate (it stays warm through October) so I don't need heavy overcoats,boots,etc. Thank you for replying to my comment, you are so gracious and nice 💐
