I'm thinking it wasn't a real med ball. Don't think they'd have risked that. That landing on your head at that speed could break your neck or end very bad even for giants like these guys. Still great fun tho. Very funny.

….This just in, Stoner Strongman Oberst rushed to hospital after suffering from tragic accident at local gym. Seems somehow a 20lb medicine ball got embedded into his rectum. There were no witnesses but fellow strongmen where seen fleeing in many directions whilst dragging airplanes, ships and fire trucks. Local snowflakes at the planet fitness down the street plan to boycott medicine balls.

More like: Younger kids: dodge balls Teens: everything and anything that can be thrown; volleyballs, basketballs, footballs, tennis balls, golf balls, yoga balls, rocks, food and even rollie chairs. And yes I have played dodge ball with all of those. Teens in school: homework papers, pencils and pens These giants: medicine balls and atlas stones and anything else that would kill a normal person
