Last September, I traveled from OKC to Shelby, Montana, and back over four days in my Tesla Model Y. The only charging issues were lack of stations in Wyoming and Montana. Also, some superchargers are in rough areas of cities, especially arriving after midnight.

Did you have a strong tailwind on the first leg? Being under 300wh/mi at 80+ mph is impressive!

It felt like there wasn’t any wind on that leg. It felt like perfect conditions. The car felt like it was just cruising. The energy app didn’t show a tailwind to speak of.
