I tried the 1st 2nd and 3rd solution and it did not work it just says it has encountered an error what should I do now

Hi there, thank you for your question! I would start by trying to repair the drive by going to the drive location selecting tools and then check and scan the drives for any errors. If that doesn't work Try opening up CMD and then typing the following commands 1 by 1 : "diskpart", "list disk", "select disk "drive letter"", "attributes disk clear readonly", "clean", "create partition primary", "format fs=ntfs quick", "assign letter="drive letter"" Hope this helps if not I would recommend taking it to a professional for further assistance.
As an MCSE i was hopeing for something i didnt know. Not usefull really, you didnt even say about CHKDSK /f /x. fix and dismount the disk.
