I wish we could pair the Elantra's exterior with the Civic's interior. Then we would have a nice-looking ride 😃

Funny I’m the opposite I really like the full screen dash and interior lighting in Elantra, but prefer the civic exterior 😢

A lot of people still living in the past. These ain’t the 90’s anymore. 🤦🏾‍♂️

We always forget to talk about resale value. From what I gathered any savings up front on the Hyundai is made up and then some on the back end with a Honda, A Toyota, A Mazda, A Subaru and this just in. Even the Nissan will have a higher resale than a Hyundai or Kia.

i tested the civic EX 2024 and elantra luxery 2024 ( same price as civic ex ) and i found elantra 10 times better than civic overall ! interior of elantra is more elegant and sophisticated , the confort on the road is more better than civic but exterior look i love the civic ! So this year i take elantra !

It all made perfect sense. Right up until the Hyundai came out on top. Resale is a real thing. Point Civic. Not catching on fire. Point Civic. Dealership experience. Point Civic. Not being seen in a Elantra. Point Civic. Recount?

I am not sure about looks of Elantra

I chose the civic. 8 years down the road the civic will be worth twice as much as the Elantra…if the Elantra is still running

@@tacipotti7289 yeah,,,little bit. But it is the biggest car in the segment…my daughter has a 22 Corolla and I have a 24 civic. Civic definitely has more room..and more storage..seats in both about the same. I paid about 4k more. But it is 2 years newer.

They have a 10 year warranty, even if it does break they’ll keep it running

@@jimjam4049 don’t get caught up in the 10 year warranty b s. You have to do all your maintenance with Hyundai for that to actually be valid….I know. We had a Santa Fe…and that means doing their schedule on maintenance, not yours

Civic is boring. Too many civics. Hyundai elantra has come a long way. Love Hyundai design. Hyundai has quiet cabin. Honda more money and not a luxury car. Honda interior ugly and old fashioned. Hyundai better gas mileage. Hyundai great dealership experience.

You couldn't pay me to buy a Hyundai over a Honda.

That elantra is the ugliest modern car ever made
