My guess is the Cardinals have just about had it with this juvenile Cowbird that they raised. It eats as much food as all of their other little ones combined. It has to be tough keeping all of them fed. This is the same thing we saw last year, the female Cardinal abandoning a Cowbird at the feeder. I sure do hope that this Cowbird did not kill any of the other little Cardinals that may have hatched. This video ends with a few hungry Chipping Sparrows getting their fill.
