I just did that yesterday, I ran the ais plug to the front next to the left headlight there's a notch were it fits perfect also I used the large hose of the breather box ran it to the crankcase fits a lot better and you can put the cover looks a lot cleaner

The rear parking brake is adjustable on the rear caliper. The long bolt that sticks out parallel to the axle, just turn it in a bit and it will make the brake tighter so the machine doesn't move.

Yes I know, I never use the parking brake so I removed it. They just need to be adjusted regularly if used a lot.

So you never needed the AIS plate from 38moto. I just ordered everything after watching your video and realized it was as simple as cutting off the tube on the original plate and filling in the hole. Save yourself $50+ bucks folks ESPECIALLY if you're going to do like this guy and cover it with an OEM (also unnecessary) hangar

I just did the parking brake delete on my 21 yfz450r. I also used the 38 motorsports block off. Do you use the oem gasket with the new 38 block off plate or just the oring that it comes with? Thanks. Keep up the good work

I don't remember seeing an oem gasket... so I just used the oring on mine. I'm gonna have to go check now lol thankyou!

There was a rubber oem gasket on the original component. It probably was stuck to it

Do you need the 38 block off plate if you are using the 2013 holding bracket? Doesn't the bracket also serve as a block off?

I didn't look at it that close to see if you could, but I'd recommend using the 38 motorsports block off plate regardless because it's a lot thicker than the holding bracket, because it's pretty thin. Idk how much heat or pressure that spot gets so the thin plate on the holding bracket may flex, leak, or warp if you don't use the block off plate

Dude I’d highly recommend you do not buy a TRX.. the geometry is not even close to as good as the YFZ… tbh the Yamaha is better in every single way and that’s coming from a Honda lover.

Get you a case save from Glann innovations man there amazing pick up there duel sprocket guard while you at it also man!😊

AIS delete removes all the unnecessary tubes on top of the engine... it's just emissions stuff that isnt needed. The cables I deleted were for the rear parking brake
