After owning a 23 V6 XSE for 8 months, I have to say I love it. Did a 6hr drive with it to upstate NY. This car moves and corners great. Also on the highway it can definitely open up. For this being my first Toyota, (I was a GM guy all my life till now) I am extremely impressed.
Once you start adding options onto an ES350, the price gap becomes much greater than $6,000. And for those complaining about the Toyota infotainment, yes I agree that it’s way behind its competitors, but that’s what Apple Car Play is for.

I've not seen an ES350 for 46k. Minimum of 50k and at that price point your getting Nulux(equivalent to Softex) and not leather.
Going from a 1794 Tundra, the Camry XSE is a low rider, but after 1st trip across state and back it is more comfortable on long haul. Mine is Supersonic Red. Yep a ticket waiting to happen. After driving Tundra’s for 15 years the XSE is very quick, very nimble and x2 the gas mileage. I love it.

This is me. I am going from a full size SUV to a 2023 Camry TRD and it's weird. Sedans are so much better riding for sure.

Excellent review. Just bought one and really needed this!! Very helpful
for those of you who are saying he's speaking too fast, put the playback speed at .75x
love this video ! definitely will be getting the xse over the trd
I love how Toyota is blacking out the A-pillars on their vehicles. It looks the best on the TRD Pro Tundra & I hope they carry this onto the new Tacoma for the next gen
This will be my dream vehicle to own Ben.
great video does it come with auto start
Good video Boss
My question is what is the purpose to show a car without driving it and showing the acceleration 0-100/kmh?
I like the options that the camry XSE and XLE have, ventilated seats at its price point are absolutely wonderful, and the exterior styling is also very nice. If Toyota wanted to make the TRD better they should make it a Camry GR, and bolt a turbo or two onto the V6, make it AWD and take the transmission from the Corolla or the 8 spd ZF. They can even charge more, around $45k for it and I guarantee people would buy it.

Is there a remote starter with the XSE V6?
will opt for lexus es premium coz of the quality and make a big diffrence what you pay for .
I pick camry due to folding rear seat
Give me the Lexus. It’s more luxurious and more car for the money.
Thank you Ben, I appreciate your opinion on the Lexus ES. I too like the Camry but think the ES is a better value. $46K with premium options.

If you spec the ES the same way as the $40k XSE it's a $51k car. Maybe it's worth it, but it's not $6k more, it's $11k.

The hybrid is 30k plus average ES now is minimum 53k
No heated steering wheel or did they move the button?
These videos are great, but would recommend annunciating. Hard to understand some of the things you say because the words run together.
I have that EXACT car. Totally in love with it. Lemme tell ya how well this thing corners. It's like someone glued the car to the road.

I got a 2022 is 300 3.5 v6 at or around that price.
How much do you sell this Camry for?
Take a look at my Camry XSE, it has an AR-15.
I’m getting the SE next week, better gas mileage, the 2 tone color looks good, but not a big fan of the ones with sunroof, they start leaking around 50k miles, the black color on top attracts more heat and the paint will start pealing more quickly if you planning to keep the car for some time.

Honestly you dont know what your talking about
You are just perfect..I love your speech
Mines just like that but pearl white. As much computer crap you can turn off is off.
The deal breaker for me is not being able to permanently turn off all those “safety” features. Every time you get in the car, you have to disable them. No thanks.
I think the car looks hot the way it is I just laugh about the fake exhaust pipes
What would make the '23 Camry XSE V6 better? Higher ground clearance from 5.7 inches to 6.3 inches. Replacement of the crappy and dangerous OEM Bridgestone Turanza EL440 tires with high quality Continental or Michelin tires. Heated Steering Wheel temperature control as in Low, Medium and High as currently one temp which is on High for Hot Hot Hot. Better faux leather seats (SofTex) material that does not move and lifts from the seat and has crappy stitching. Quieter Blower Motor as when on High you can hear it over the Sound System. Replacement of the low end not quality JBL Sound System for a high-quality Premium sound system. More interior soft touch coverage as rid of all the cheap plastic that scuffs and scratches easily. Option for manual transmission, a clutch and gear shifter. Full Remote Start without having to pay Remote Service subscription. Infotainment Head Unit with Wireless Car Play and Android Auto. Full size Digital Instrument Cluster. Better reduction of Cabin Noise and better door gasket/weather strip seals as get too much wind noise. Rid of the ECO Mode. Rid of Hood Stick Prop and install lifters. Front Strut Brace/Bar for better body roll control. Key lock on the Glove Compartment for security. Window Visor with wider extension as too narrow to be of any use. Automatic retractable "foldable" door side view mirrors as turn car off the retract and when start car they unfold. Catalytic Converter theft proofing like what is done with Paper Money installed with a dye and explodes when triggered. Use of 2K cameras instead of low-profile cheap HD cameras. All LED lights. The actually worth of Camry XSE V6 is like $32K. Get rid of the stupid idea of having to place windshield wipers in Service Position in order the change blades or to lift the wiper arm outward as for people living in snow and cold climates need to move the wiper arms to clear the ice and snow.

I'd absolutely buy one of these with a manual transmission. I have the V6 in a Tacoma with a 6MT and enjoy driving it every day. The factory tune is a little funky, but I'd still take it over a turbo 4 all other factors being equal. Looking to replace the other vehicle, an older GTI, with something more family-friendly, and currently the only thing that comes close is the WRX, which is a much better value. Looked into the Camry despite its auto trans and can hardly find the V6 models in my area. They're almost all 4-cylinders.

Is the es 350 made in Japan?

it’s not. But the quality is excellent and takes it a notch above the camry. feels very solid and smooth
A drive would be nice
yes it is. if i had mad money i would buy this for $42,000 in cash to just own this XSE v6 instead of doing payments finance for years.
I just bought the hybrid version of this and it’s so boring to drive
Bro, It was "kichckichchichikicii"
$40 OTD yes but not prior to financing/options
For that much if you have the money I’d get the Lexus IS350 Sport, more power and it’s a Lexus so just allot nicer.

Where is lexus review?!
I’d take the Camry XSE v6 so the seats fold and the gauge cluster is better. As is the infotainment. I much prefer it to the new Toyota interface But I’d get a 2020 Camry instead of a 2021 or newer since the dashboard is much cleaner
Get the Lexus! I was able to get the Lexus ES for the same price as the Camry.
@Mrtellitlikeitis

Bullshit
Comparing the price of a loaded Camry vs a base ES is kind of stupid.
I'd take this over the Lexus. It's quicker than the Lexus es 350f sport. Camry v6 is 40k and Lexus es 350 sport starts at 47...7k difference doesn't equal options. The Camry is quicker and same interior basically.

Yep, I'd pay about $35k for it maybe. The WRX is a better value.
To answer your question, No it's not worth $40k. It's a sedan, maybe worth $30k tops. I was considering an XSE with V6 for $40k, went with a better deal on an SR5 4Runner TRD Blackout package 2WD for $46k. Don't waste your money on an overpriced sedan. Go with the 4Runner 4.0L V6 before they change it to a 4 cylinder turbo and ruin the proven reliability record of 4Runner V6 with 5 speed automatic transmission.
You can also get an entry level Acura TLX which is has close to the same power and it more luxurious than this top of the line Camry XSE.

@Mrtellitlikeitis

Entry level Acura base although almost same money wise, is nowhere close to camry as far as options in car. Camry v6 is loaded, base Acura has practically nothing and cost more to insure
Slow down when you talk it would be so much better….
And of course the Camry is too much the Japanese are talking advantage because this sedan sell more than others brands
Definitely not worth 40k. Rubber band tranny, poor throttle response, embarrassing interface. I don't know what these manufacturers are doing.
The XSE.. An Equivalent ES350 OR IS350 F SPORT is over 50
Is he speaking English?
Niigaa 40K$ for this shit box

That Lexus grill though - ughhhh. Could not own such an abomination.🤢
Was looking for a roomy sedan with a V6. Had a 2018 RAV4 Limited AWD which got terrible 17MPG. Thought about the 2023 Corolla XLE but its garbage. After watching your 2023 Camry XSE V6 review, it left much to be desired and as you mentioned is it worth $40K. Nope. Toyota is just like a notch below Honda when considering Interior Features and Design. Toyota refrains from those CVT rubber band transmissions that Honda has. I'm just upset that the Camry XSE V6 turned out to have terrible body style and interior plus no fog lights. It's a hard pass for me at $40K, would have taken it if was with Sales Tax at $30K. Honda Accord is not the same either as the body style is blah and you don't have the V6 option. Guess I'll look at some Audi A4's or BMWs or something. Both Honda and Toyota are going backwards in quality. Bought my wife a 2022 Honda Civic Touring with claims to get 31 MPG City / 38 MPG Highway but only get between 21 to 22 MPG. It's okay but the backup camera is really really bad in the Civic Touring. Guess more lies about all these vehicles and their performance. Auto manufacturers are just producing Junk Mobiles unless you have $500,000 / half million to spend. I'm going to search for a nice all metal Classic Muscle Car so other people can get some rather nice dents and dings in their plastic cheapo mobiles Lexus, Acura, BMW, Mercedes, Telsa, Maserati, Porche that wealthy people drive and raise their insurance rates like me being the crazy guy in the Allstate commercials.
