Dan inosanto was a very masterful Kali Escrima expert in his day and i can see why bruce lee wanted him in his film...This would have been the best martial Arts film since Enter the Dragon if bruce lee had completed it and this find was indeed a great Gem.

Had Bruce finished it, it would have come out within a year of ETD coming out, so it would have been the best martial arts film since enter the dragon? Came out less than 12 months ago........suddenly that's not so great a compliment.

Guru Dan Inosanto is Bruce Lee’s close friend and student. So of course Bruce would include Dan Inosanto in the G.O.D project… regardless whether Dan is a master in Kali or not. A role would had been found for Dan Inosanto in the project anyway. Just sayin.

Ladies and gentlemen I hurt for half a week knocked me on my butt about 2ft , the 1in punch is a real thing. He is a treasure in the martial arts world, intense but soft at the same time. Unfortunately this as complete as the movie gets. Shortly after this fight was completed, Bruce had to leave for Enter The Dragon, and after that he sadly passed away. While they did film some footage of the first floor guardian, where Wong In Shik demonstrates his kicks and getting his shit kicked in by Ji Han Jae, that footage is floating around on KZread. While Taky Kimura was asked, and probably accepted, the role of the second floor guardian, from what I recall he never said anything about filming any of his scenes. So what we have now is the most completed version of Game Of Death so far.

Never seen before, and I have watched the original Pagoda footage. Didn't know this existed. It's absolutely about time to present this to the honourable Shannon Lee and ask if we could have at last a final, perfect re-make of the ill-fated "Game of Death" which was a mock against Bruce Lee. Today we have extremely good Jeet Kune Do martial artists that can play Bruce Lee (for example see "Hats off to Bruce Lee. He imitates every move") and with careful use in cooperation with top VFX companies such as ILM using deepfake, we could get one hell of a Game of Death-blockbuster!

Without Bruce Lee there's no point, you just don't get what Bruce was going for with Game Of Death. It wasn't just another martial arts film, it was his passion project that showcased Jeet Kune Do. It was fully his expression and nobody else's. A remake is literally pointless because it will just be a martial arts film based on Game Of Deaths story with people pretending to be Bruce Lee. They can have Jeet Kune Do in there, they can do it as close as they possibly can to his vision but it won't be his vision, his heart, HIS. All it will be is oh cool look 5 pagoda fights with a weird CGI slash look alike Bruce. Totally pointless.

It wouldn’t have surpassed enter the dragon because that was a big American film with international distribution, game of death was just another of his low budget Hong Kong films, and the only reason they are so cherished now is because he died so suddenly & that’s all there is for people to see,so his fans have to make do with what there is,if he’d lived and made more American films then big boss, fist of fury and way of the dragon would have been forgotten about pretty quickly.

Not only is Inosanto the masterful mf who brought Bruce Lee to the Filipino systems, he is also the one who introduced Bruce Lee to the nunchaku. Bruce Lee initially did not care for them, as flexible weapons tend to be less than practical in real situations, but he came to realize not only their utility, but the value of being the one to introduce them to the international big screen. Bruce Lee’s weapon of choice in this scene -that long, skinny stick- is a nod to one of the ways Western fencing influenced his style, as well as to his brother, who was a professional fencer.

Hay 100 minutos de metraje concluidos por Bruce Lee,de los cuales 42' se han recuperado, recuerdo que un particular escribía comentarios afirmando que vió la totalidad del metraje y bueno mentirosos hay en todas partes.

This is my 1st time seeing this actual footage and I'm quite sure that there is a whole lot more to this movie, I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF SOMEONE HAVE THE WHOLE ENTIRE MOVIE PUT TOGETHER BUT,THE UNITED STATES AND THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT DON'T WANT THIS MOVIE (BRUCE LEE'S GAME OF DEATH) TO GET OUT TO THE PUBLIC, MEDIA OR BETTER YET TO THE WORLD...AS TIME GOES ON, WE THE PEOPLE WILL FIND OUT THE ENTIRE TRUTH ABOUT BRUCE LEE 👍

He’s dead, there isn’t a full version of this movie because he didn’t finish it,in truth he barely even started it,he just shot 3 fight scenes, that’s all there is and all there ever will be.

I'm glad they finally was able to show this footage because this is the footage I've been looking for for a long time. Those two guys that were on the third floor they were two stupid idiots who should have never participated in this event in the first place because first of all their fighting skills were completely horrible and they were too clumsy they thought they were beings slick by trying to make it to the last floor without fighting anybody and you see this is what cost them their lives in the end it's just like my teacher once told me 2 clowns don't go together.

Wow this is the first time I have seen this log scene. It's dumb that he did not use the reach advantage successfully. And the idea that the Kali sticks could block the log seems silly. 😂

This must be newly found footage ? I've watched many fight scenes from GOD, but have never seen this one ever before. With regard to the escrima sticks, I've never seen a practitioner use one long and one short stick, as here - have only ever seen the two long ones being used. Most unusual.
