I am the proud owner of a ‘23 LC500 convertible. I traded in my be loved yellow ‘10 Corvette. This car gas it all. Great shape, plenty of quick power, sexy exhaust note, and an interior that is second to none. Yes it has a trac pad, so what. I like the look of the unusable rear seats. This car is not about 0-60 times or practically. It’s about being a GT car, and it does that exceptionally well. 🏖️

As nice as the touchscreens are on the 24. The look of the seamless dash in your 23' is beautiful. Hope they fix that with the 25'

I test drove the new 2024 LC500 last Sunday. LOve how they got rid of the track pad and put a new touch screen infotainment system up closer to the driver. I am buying a sports car (GT type that I can daily drive) next weekend as a birthday present to myself. I am deciding between the LC500 and a Jaguar F-Type. The new 2024 LC500 is so marked up high that I might have to go for the Jag.

We traded my wife's F-Type convertible for an LC 500 convertible 6 months ago. Too many issues with the Jag (fuel pump and radio died - $10K to fix.)

Also - not sure where you are, but we paid below MSRP for the LC. Shop around if you have that option.

@@LightsGoneWild I use to own a Jag as I bought my wife a 2020 E-Pace and we never had any issues with it. We did end up trading it in 7 months ago as she wanted a larger SUV. I have heard mixed reviews about Jaguar in general and the F-Types that some people have issues and others don't. I use to own a Lexus as well and never had issues with it. The LC500 just has a big back end but it is a nice car....just didn't feel like a sports car. I am purchasing this weekend so I still got some time if a dealer wants to give me a good price on a new 2024 LC. I don't like the infotainment in the previous LCs.

@@Hannibalmiles8494 It's too late. I contacted two dealers that had the 2024 and they would not go below $117k (that included their mark up and add-ons). They got fed up with me constantly calling and texting them and asking over and over again. I ended up buying a brand new Jaguar F-Type instead, Got an extremely great deal on it and I have been enjoying it. No regrets.

I am going to buy the hybrid. The 8GR-FSK engine has a water pump that needs replacing and has a hose oil leak problematic issues. Its very reliable engine and gas efficiency. One thing is the car is 5000lbs curb weight. Don’t park it second floor too heavy.

FYI, actually, you hear a cross plane crank V8.

Paddle shifts are magnesium. Hazard button is a proven design in terms of the plastic, the heat shielding, the weight of it as in having a metal button that sits high up which can heat up in the sun and damage the button seals. Having a button too heavy will also flatten the switch. All of this is a thought out process. Photos of the 2024 have been out for a few months, you can see the new center console buttons.

Thanks for the feedback! I certainly didn't think of the heat/sun damaging the button seals for sure!

Id rather get the performance package with the active rear spoiler, the black and chrome 21” wheels and the rear steer. The owner made a wrong move, it’s not a Honda
