2023 K-Cuisine Lecture series : Culinary Arts, LA Harbor College

Korean Cultural Center Los Angeles(Director Sangwon Jung) organized a Traditional Korean Cuisine workshop for Culinary College students at LA Harbor College on September 21st and 25th.
The workshop focused on the essence of Korean Cuisine, particularly on 'fermented foods'. Participants had the opportunity to learn about and create representative fermented foods such as kimchi, traditional alcoholic beverages(makgeolli), and explore the culture of fermentation. The purpose of the event was to provide local chefs of the future with a deep understanding of the taste and culture of Korean Cuisine.
