Hands-on Kimchi Making with KCCLA

To mark Asian American and Pacific Island Heritage Month, the Korean Cultural Center LA and LAPL Palisades branch collaborated to host a hands-on Kimchi making event led by Chef Yoon Hee Kim.
Participants learned about the history, nutritional benefits and excellence of Korean Kimchi, and they also created their own versions.
The event was a blend of learning and enjoyment, promising future gatherings showcasing diverse Korean culinary delights.
