2023 GasGas MC 350F First Ride and Initial Impressions with Kris Keefer
Спорт
After a day or riding at Glen Helen Raceway, Kris Keefer goes over the 2023 GasGas MC 350F-the first 350cc GasGas machine-and compares it to the other KTM Group bikes (Husqvarna FC 350 and KTM 350 SX-F). Keefer also brings in lengthy amateur A level racer Jax Pascal and veteran rider Eddie Laret to talk about the machine from their perspectives. Pascal has been riding a Honda CRF450R lately, so he compares the power of the GasGas machine to the CRF450R. Laret has been racing a 2023 Husqvarna FC 350 and is able to provide a comparison of the all-new Husqvarna chassis compared to the feel of the GasGas.

The 350 is a great engine. 240hrs on my 2018 and going strong. Great rider interviews, that 17 yr old kid has got the right stuff. Sponsor’s you would be silly to not take notice!

It's be curious as well. Kaplan America is always talking about how four strokes are throw away bikes. I've been on streetbikes forever and im new to dirt. Why does he say this about four stroke dirt bikes? I've got a two fiddy four stroke dirt bike I just bought and love. I know valves need to be adjusted but would love to hear what's been done@ 250 hours

@@easley421 Probably just a few piston changes, valve clearance and maybe a cam chain and a oil / water pump change. If you do all that you following maintenance schedule. Crankshaft is mentioned for 90 hours but it lasts way longer since there's a plain bearing in the conrod.
2022 was actually the first year of the gasgas mc350f. love mine!

True, but the EX350f was out there, and also fantastic!
This kid was very well spoken during your podcast about the Pala moto combine. Well done sir
For perspective, the dyno graph on the 350 looks identical to the YZ250f but it's got the same peak power as most 450's. Insanely fun bikes to ride!
Love these videos. Keep them up
Check your front brake hose routing, should be hooked in behind the front number plate slot..
Awesome machine! Great option for riders.👍🏻💯
If the KTM Husky Gas came with KYB or Showa I'd have one. Perfect bike would be a YZ-KX 350...
Keefer is the best!!
I'm a bit confused about these I displacement size bikes what class would it be in?

I don't know if they have a class for the 350? I'd be interested in knowing myself I mean you can race it in the 450 class but they don't have one for a 350 specifically I don't think

Yup. 450 and open.
I love how else would speak of a two stroke status with out bring the real technical rev the snot out terms....an now rev the snot is made its way to the 4 stroke...when i stopped racing my 1996 CR 250R 2 Str....i had a chance to quick ride a 426 yami...the first thing i did was start it an neal down next to the motor an listen for an ask it what is ur snot revving capability...funny i said no way ur as fast as a 2 stroke...like i thought that important forgetting how hard traction was to manage....later i rode an 07 CRF 450 an pinned for 10minutes straigh with a little room was giggling an over whelmed by its traction rating that was the most insane 12 on a 10 scale...i m very fast 125 pro bike rider i had 3 stage KX 125cc an could slay 250cc 500cc riders on my national pro bikes having two that had their suspension up close to dialed to that factory slam all as hard as u want factor...so i knew i could get the most from the bike an new what i wanted from tje fork an the shock...i try to ride everything like a 125cc....because it makes u more efficient an a good base line of not relying on a motor only power grunt u carry more speed an moment....im not anti 450s i was blown away....but more important i thought how crazy of a fitness level do i need to have to pinned it an keep it there was pretty high talent alone was not gonna do it....thanks
I raced a 1992 KX 500cc kawi i moved to florida in deep sand near my house...an the 450 CRF was double the work...the kx 500 was a surprisingly well behaved 250cc 2 S feel just with a 500 motor...i started out unhappy on a old honda 4 stroke an had to make the hard switch to 2 strokes i enjoy both...so im not racist against either...peace
Has the 2023 350 engine much more bottom and mid power than the previous 350s ?
They say you need every ounce of power but that bike impressive dyno figures @ 57 HP more than Suzuki 450 Honda only 56 the bike is proven with Toni Cairoli 3 world championships on the KTM 350 it's the Rider not the bike 100%
