In this video I replace the stock exhaust on my 2022 Yamaha Yz250fx dirt bike with an FMF 4.1 Titanium slip on with Carbon Cap! installation is pretty straight forward, all you need is a 10mm socket

Did you having and popping issues or did you have to change your mapping with the Yamaha Tuner with the new FMF?

I haven't noticed any popping yet, and. I haven't adjusted my mapping yet
I have to the same bike but when I put my bike year and model into websites for the 4.1 it says it doesn’t fit my bike

I bought mine directly from fmf
I’ve got the same bike ride good for a few months one day went to start it and it wouldn’t start. Kept trying eventually tan the battery dead to where it wouldn’t do anything. Hoping it’s just a spark plug? Wonder what could fix the issue though

@@Myksgarage yea my mechanic has it looking it over super annoying doing that to me being a brand new bike. All the videos I’ve seen says just needs new spark plug because they run rich

I'm not sure, but the factory warranty is only for the first 30 days anyways

@Myks Garage i mean like extended warranty kind of stuff. Would they blame a defective front shock on the fmf muffler I want one but it makes me nervous they always try to weasel their way out of it

@@glockwhoreall u have to do is keep the stock exhaust and if u have problems where u need to bring your bike back to the shop for warranty just put the stock exhaust back on before u go. the only person that knows u had an fmf exhaust on your bike is you.
