@@xspower21 Because after owning Fords, Chevy and Dodge for so many years and realizing they are garbage after ALL the never ending repairs I decide to stick with Toyotas Great reliability, resale value and not to mention how great the truck looks and comfort and quality is why I have stayed with Toyotas for 10 yrs now. It has All the technology I need and them some. When you are spending 65k on a truck I don’t want to worry about all the headaches after the warranty expires that you get from Ford, Chevy or Dodge. @@stefanovichmichael9686 when it comes to trucks they are the big 3. We're not discussing cars here are we- this is a truck video. Toyota is a car manufacturer and has yet to prove that they can actually compete in the truck market. The only thing they've done well with is the Tacoma, which had almost no competition in the US for a very long time (because little trucks are a niche market here). If you take a look at the Tacoma vs the Colorado or the Ranger now the difference in craftsmanship and technology is night and day; the Tacoma is a dinosaur, like many Toyota vehicles.

Durability on the trucks have been legendary from the start my first gen 1999 Tacoma still runs flawlessly and after I go off-road with it I crawl up under it to make sure nothing is broken and every time I’m always shocked to see nothing is ever broken and it always surprises me how well built everything is compared to other modern trucks. Steel skid plates over the important bits everything is very beefy and well designed for longevity. From this truck onwards I’ll be a Toyota customer for life

Is this the same composite material used to make the 2019 Tacoma? I have a 2019 Tacoma still like new and I thought the bed was all plastic. Is it also reinforced with aluminum and not just plastic alone? Can I drop bricks into the back of my Tacoma and it will hold up like this Tundra does? Anyhow know?

Same composite bed as the taco. If you look underneath or poke it with a stick, you’ll notice there’s nothing reinforcing it. Though it’s prob still be hold by something.
