Jeff, thanks for coming back to HQs studio for the review. While I appreciate the on-snow-demo content, there was just something about the on-mountain review talk of the earlier season reviews that was a little off and rushed and subject to weather, temps and light cooperating. Maybe it was the self-shot camera angles too? Or that we can’t see your eyes and facial expressions behind the goggles and helmet?! The (temperature-controlled!) studio frees you up to be more relaxed and expansive and also get more views and manipulation (bending etc) of the skis. And I just love the plank wall so much!

Thanks for the feedback! We'll likely do a mix of both depending on the ski. I think for a lot of skis it's really valuable to have a longer, more in-depth conversation in the studio. Also, yes, my arm gets tired holding a GoPro out for selfie shots!! Haha

I bought the Enforcer 88 186 cm last season to have a more easy going ski compared to my Stockli Laser SX 184 cm. And yes, they are really easy going compared to the Stocklis, but what really surprised me was the very good hard snow performance. I could charge them hard and ski them almost as fast as with the Stocklis. An excellent one quiver ski IMO.

Would you recommend the laser SX for a very aggressive skier looking for a dedicated piste carving ski? Trying to decide between something like the Stockli SX laser and the Atomic Redster X9. Thanks!

@@ianholmquist8492 I'm a pretty aggresive but lightweight (75 kg) skier and the SX is there för me in every condition. I skied the Völkl Racetiger GS , maybe comparable to the Redsters, before buying the SX . The SX is more easygoing in low speed and easy to speedcheck (release the edges), probably thanks to the Turtle shell which stiffens up the ski when charging. The Völkls are more of a ski that goes on track. Maybe they will be a better choice for a heavy person. But for me the SX are a more versatile and allround ski.

Hey guys, love the videos! You're crushing it with these reviews, they've been really helpful. I'd love to get your input on something: I've been deciding between the picking up the E88 or the 94 and can't really make up my mind-- I mainly ski east coast but will be going out west much more next season when things are (hopefully) more back to normal. I'm 6'7", moderately light for my height at around 180, and currently ski an older enforcer 100 which I love. Since it's an older pair, I'm torn between doing a dual quiver with the 88 for condition coverage or just retiring it and going with the 94 as my main (which I'm between going for the 186 and 191). What do you guys think? Thanks!

Keep the 100 and get an 88, The 94 is great but isn't as much fun in powder. better yet get them all, that's what i did.

Hey guys, great channel, I just discovered it & have been watching your reviews.. Also just subscribed.. So just a couple quick questions… 1). Which do you guys like better: this Nordica 88 enforcer, or the Volkl 88 kendo? These are the 2 that I’m eyeing… 2). What bindings would you recommend for either of these? 3). Also just curious, because it’s obvious with these skis that the right ski says “Nordica” - is it wise to always use that ski on the right? Or is it wise to switch it up & alternate the skis (wearing the right ski on the left occasionally)? - Thanks! I’m getting ready to buy wider skis (from 77s) because I’m having a lot of problems with later day skiing / choppy snow… & also I’m looking for a ski to do wider turns with… so a wider ski has been suggested after talking to a few people, & it makes sense to me… I’m a pretty solid intermediate skier that throws some diamonds into the mix here & there… (although definitely not accomplished on diamonds (yet!) lol.. Thanks, Vincent! If I'm on trail more, I love the new Kendo. If more of an on/off trail ski, the Enforcer has more of a freeride feel to it. We pair them with either the Marker Griffon 13 or the Tyrolia Attack 13/14. Both outstanding bindings. One of my big pet peeves in the ski industry is the aligning of graphics on skis that mentally designates them right/left specific. It's different for a ski like the Elan Ripstick in which they're built different, so there's a structural change between right and left, but the Nordicas, and most other skis, are totally interchangeable. It's super-annoying to have a ski that has graphics that are supposed to line up, and then you put them on the "wrong" feet and just feel weird. You should be changing ski feet as often as possible with kendos or Enforcers. Have fun! SE

Enforcer feels a little quicker, comes across the fall line easier, and arguably more versatile, or at least a little more forgiving. The Stance 90 feels closer to the Kendo. Less rocker/taper and a very strong, stable feel, but not quite as agile.

Hi! I'm wearing Orage in this video. I was an Orage ambassador for... 6 or 7 years, but I've since switched to a bunch of brands we currently carry. That said, I have nothing bad to say about Orage whatsoever and would happily recommend their outerwear.

Hi guys. Really impressed with your reviews keep them coming. I'm looking at the Enforcer 88 or 94 however when talking with a N Z based retailer they are recommending a Rossignol Experience 86 Ti Skis 2023 for me, (based on my previous skiis of Atomic Metron M10 & Volkl AC4 Unlimited..both approx 2007 circa) The Rossinol look like a pretty good ski just wondering what your thoughts would be. I still ski pretty hard out, like short swing but as getting older (68) short swing tending towards longer on the groomed slopes these days. Our snow can be quite firm first runs to mid/late morning. Also I don't get allot of powder skiing these days so looking for a good all round mountain ski (off trail) that will keep me going another 5 / 10 years !! Toyed with the Volkl Mantra M6 too?? The biggest difference between the Experience 86 Ti and the Enforcer 88 is versatility, at least in my opinion. The Enforcer feels more agile and more forgiving when I take it off trail. On the other hand, I do think the Experience is more responsive and more precise as a carving ski. It's very rewarding on firm snow. Since it sounds like you do spend a good amount of time off trail, I'm leaning towards the Enforcer, and I think going with the 88 will still retain great carving performance for you.

Great video! Thank you! Trying to decide between the 88s and the 94s. I ski mostly groomers on the east coast and Midwest but enjoying heading off into the trees at times, and doing some smaller jumps In the park. Also make a handful of trips out west every year. What would your thoughts be between the two? Also, trying to decide on length. I’m 6’ 4”, 220 and (very humble brag) strong and athletic. I ski pretty aggressively and would consider myself an advanced but not expert skier. Thank you!

Thank you, Omari! Probably don't need the 94. I think we forget a lot of the time that 88 used to be the widest thing out there. If you're in midwest and make a few western trips, you will likely get all you need out of the 88. Additionally, it's got a freeride influence to it, so it skis a bit wider than it is. I'd go 186 in that ski based on your size and stats.

This review perfectly captures what this ski is all about. I would add as someone who skis this ski in a 179, along with a 170 Volkl Racetiger SL as my 2 ski quiver, that it does take me time to find my 'centered' balance on this ski because even at a 179, it has far less underfoot camber than my shorter 170 Racetiger. If I wasn't going back and forth between the two, I wouldn't be so sensitive to it but the Enforcer 88 does require a more centered/balanced stance. With the lockdown that has hit Ontario yet again and with our hills closed, I said 'F'- it, and we are headed to Tremblant next week for a few days and in the vehicle will be 2 sets of Enforcer 88s - my superstar lady skis her 170s, which I personally find to be stiffer than my 179s - hopefully a #skihappy pic to follow of her bombing the moguls on Expo

Thanks Paul! I think that's a very fair assessment from you as well, they do have a relatively short camber section, which does ask the skier to have a relatively balanced stance. It's not something you can just blindly drive the tip with no regard for how your body is balanced within the ski, if that makes sense... Would love to see a SkiHappy picture of some mogul madness!!!

Hi guys. Awesome reviews. Great footage and very informative. I would like to ask about sizing/length recommended for the enforcer 88? Im 5’6 175 intermediate skier i think, have the rustler 9 in 164 length and have the kendo 88 in 170. Should go with the 165 length or the 172? Thanks

Hey James! How does the Kendo feel in the 170 cm length? If you don't have any trouble on that ski in that length, you won't have any trouble on a 172 cm Enforcer 88. If, on the other hand, you're hoping the Enforcer will feel quicker or more forgiving, 165 cm wouldn't be an unreasonable choice by any means. Hope that helps!

Heavier and more powerful than the Enforcer 88. It's actually a pretty big difference in my opinion. It would be a closer comparison to the Ranger 92 Ti, although I also think it's a little more powerful than that ski.

Probably about a 50/50 chance of that. We have a 2021 Enforcer 94 review and the ski isn't changing structurally for 2022, so it's not at the top of our list of priorities, but it's a great ski, and I like skiing it a lot, so there's still reasonably good choice we'll do it at some point.

Hi, Im an advanced Skier, 6ft and 205lbs, very athletic. I ski 70% on groomers, 15% in the park but I can't really do any tricks apart from jumping, and 15% off piste. I am considering the Enforcer 88 as my new pair of skis, but I'm not sure if they are too stiff and heavy to have fun jumping and for really short, quick turns. Would you recommend something else or is the Enforcer the way to go? And what size would you recommend, should I go for 186cm although I never had a ski this long? Lovely Review btw. 🤟

Hi Dan! As long as you don't expect too much out of it in the park, it could work. It's just heavy and kinda stiff for the park, so don't expect much quickness. If you're not spinning, however, it's not a huge concern. I do think 186 cm is the right length for you. Hope that helps!

Great review! Very informative. I'm 5'9" 170, advanced skier who loves to carve and go fast. Ski in Big Bear/ Mammoth typically but go on a Rocky Mtn trip now and again. Always rode a 165 as I love quick turns but now approaching my mid 40's with knee issues/fatigue thinking of a wider underfoot, maybe longer ski? My 72s SUCK in any powder or crud. Curious why you ride a 179 at 5'10". I'm torn between the 165 and 172!

I would go 172 cm in the Enforcer 88 for sure. 165 cm feels short to me, I think you'll appreciate how smooth the 172 is and I don't expect you'll find it hard to handle. For me personally, I'm almost always right around the 180 cm length. In some skis, I'll go longer. 179 cm feels perfect for me in the Enforcer 88, but there's a lot of personal preference that comes along with choosing length.

I'm 5'7, 135, and I had the opportunity to try both the 165 and 172 lengths. 172 was hands down the better experience. Much better edge grip, control, and even precision. Only downside was buttering and oiling became harder as the extra length made throwing my weight over the tips harder, but I wouldn't really expect you to be doing much of that at 45 anyway. Considering you have 2 inches and 35 pounds on me, I'd definitely go for the 172.

I'm looking at either the Enforcer 88 or Enforcer 88 Unlimited , currently ski a Volkl RTM 172cm 81 mm at waist, would like to get more versatility ,I'm an eastern skier who has used the VOlkl Kendo 88 while on a trip out west and liked the extra float it provided when we hit more snow, Kendo sold out here so that is why I'm considering these 2 from the Enforcer line. Any suggestions on which might be better? From my research looks like the 88 is more substantial ski than the 88 Unlimited with perhaps more stability?

We've got 2023 Kendo's on the way! But yes, the 88 Enforcer is far more of a burly ski than the Unlimited, and we view the 88 Unlimited as more of a dedicated touring ski rather than even a 50/50 option. The Enforcer 88 is also a superior floater than the Kendo due to the longer rocker profile and more dramatic taper shape.

Great review :) I very much want to buy the Enforcer 88, but I have a lot of doubts on the ski length. I'm 6ft(183), currently 210lbs, but with tendency to go lower than 190lbs. I'll would say that I'm advanced and sporty skier who love quick turns, but would not mind to have great bigger radius carve turns. I'm moderate aggressive and don't look for higher speeds. I've mainly ski on groomed/crud and I'm the moment I'm driving 172 cm Navigator 85. I cannot really decide if I choose 179 instead of 172 - that will sacrifice the ability for shorter turns and handling on moguls ?

I think the "moderate aggressive and don't look for higher speeds" portion of your self-evaluation strongly points to the 172. These skis are intrinsically stiff and strong, so there's no real need to go searching for stability in length. They'll still hold quite well when it comes to longer turns and faster speeds while opening up the bumps and trees to more friendly skiing.

I have the Santa Ana 88 in 172 which feels short so my next option would be the men's 179 Enforcer 88. Do you think it's got a stiffer flex than the Santa Ana 88 (which they don't make in a longer 179 length). My next option is the Santa Ana 93? in a 179 but I wanted to stay at 88 with this ski. Opinions? Thanks.

It's a little bit stiffer, yeah, but I expect if you're out-skiing a 172 Santa Ana 88, you wouldn't have any trouble skiing a 179 cm Enforcer 88.

I think you're right on. Very stable skis, so no real need to size up on them.

Hi! Keep up the great work you'v been doing. I am eyeing the enforcer 88's for Europe skiing conditions, which are similar to east coast US, as a one ski quiver. I'v been reading a lot of reviews, and i have a good idea of what this ski is about, but i am consistently finding that there is a huge inconsistency in user experience with this ski in firmer - icy snow conditions. While some skiers praise its capability to carve and grip in these conditions like there is no tomorrow, the others have the complete opposite experience that the ski does not initiate well, and can wash out with the tail or completely. Can you pleaae elaborate based on your experience. Thank you in advance!

Yeah, I've seen that too and it's always very intriguing to me. The only thing I can really give credit to is drastically different skiing styles and perception based on what they've skied in the past. The Enforcer 88 carves exceptionally well, but it's not really going to pull you into a turn like some skis. I could understand someone coming from a narrower carving ski with more extended sidecut not thinking they initiate well, but it's just a different feel. I actually prefer the feel of the Enforcer 88 over skis that just always want to hook up and carve. Allows for more creative skier input. Washing out the tail is even more confusing to me, but I think also comes down to what they've been on before, skiing style, and what length they're choosing. I think it's common for people to go a little too short with their Enforcers, but again, if they're coming off something with a flatter, more squared off tail, it might change the skier's perception. I don't think they lack any edge grip and certainly have never washed out of a turn before I told them to... Hope that helps!

You should be just fine on the 179, that will feel a lot stronger than your current Atomics, IMO. 90 mm brake will fit perfect on this ski, 100 would be a little too much overhang.

What are the skis for progression?

What would you recommend for an intermediate adult male skier skiing mostly the Mammoth area between this Nordica Enforcer 88 vs the Atomic Vantage TI 90? Thank you in advance

I'd go Enforcer, mostly for the shape. I find the rocker profile and subtle amounts of early taper really help, which will come in handy at your ability level and in the terrain and snow conditions you have in Mammoth. Atomic has a new line to replace the Vantage, the Mavericks, which would be a better option for where you live.

Would you suggest the Enforcer 104 or the KORE 105 for Washington (Stevens Pass)? I also already have a pair of all mountain carving skis but I want something for powder days.

I can’t speak to the KORE but last year in the first week of February I spent 3 days at Vail followed by 3 days at Breck. I brought my 2019 Rossi Experience ai with me and was hoping to demo a couple pairs of free skis including the Nordica104s if the conditions warranted. The first day of skiing was literally the most miserable conditions I have ever experienced, (It had warmed to 57 degrees the day we flew in and then dropped to the teens overnight so the soft snow from the warm up in the back bowls froze in golf ball to softball sized chunks and it was like skiing down a pile of rocks. Turning was almost impossible cause the tails would get caught on the chunks.). Overnight though we picked up nine inches of fresh snow. Two days later when we went to Breck- 19”. The next day, 20” and our last day another 12” for good measure. I demoed a pair of 2020 Enforcer 104’s the first day in Breck and they were sublime- plenty of float in the fresh powder, super stable under foot and surprisingly quick. They crushed on soft moguls. I didn’t even bother trying any models. I just kept those all three days. I bought a barely used demo pair online over the summer and so far this season have skied on them more then my Rossi’s (which I am fond of too.) The skis are extremely versatile. If there’s a couple inches of fresh snow I will always reach for the 104’s first. If the conditions are more hard packed, I’ll go with the Rossi’s as they a better carver and have more surface edge grip. But the enforcers are pretty strong on groomers too. Certainly more than I would expect being as wide as they are underfoot. Honestly, the most fun ski I think I’ve owned.

Both could work well. Enforcers are going to feel more stable and smoother. The metal gives them a lot more vibration damping, which can be nice if you're charging through choppy snow conditions. Kore is going to feel lighter and a little quicker... easier to flick around, but not as stable or as smooth as the Enforcer 104.

This is the best i've seen you ski. This is your ski for front mountain skiing.

Hi, I’m 5’10 around 180lbs, expert with a background in competitive moguls and some racing, skiing all over New England although spending most of my time in vt (Stowe, sugarbush, and Stratton to be more specific). For the last two years I’ve been skiing 179cm nordica enforcer 88’s and love them but they need replaced for next season (I’ve got somewhere between 150-200 days on them). I’m considering bumping up to a 186cm if I stick with the nordicas, but have also been looking at the k2 mindbender 90ti in a 184cm. I got the chance to demo the mindbender and tried both the 177cm and 184cm, loved the stability and power that the 184cm offered over the 177cm. Trying to get some input on how the 186cm enforcer compares to the 179cm enforcer and the 184cm mindbender. I’m looking for a little ‘more ski’ than my 179cm enforcers but don’t know if maybe the longer enforcer would be too much length for the tight trees and bumps that we get here in New England. Maybe the new atomic maverick 88ti in a 184cm too? Thanks!

I think a 186 cm Enforcer 88 feels similar in terms of how demanding it is, how hard it is to ski, etc to a 184 Mindbender. There's a little more rocker in the Enforcer, so the effective edge of the 186 is going to be very similar to that of the Mindbender in a 184. I wouldn't worry too much about the extra 2 cm making trees and bumps more difficult, realistically that's not going to be a huge difference. The Maverick 88 is an interesting option, however, as it's a little lighter than both the Enforcer and Mindbender, so in theory could give you more stability from the extra length, while retaining a slightly easier feel in trees and other technical terrain. Let me know what you think...

The way I worded it in my original comment wasn't very good but when talking about tight trees and bumps I am curious about the 179 enforcer vs either of the longer skis more so than the difference between the 184 mindbender and 186 enforcer.

Do you think these would complement my enforcer 104s well? The 104s are a bit wide when there is no fresh snow. I ski out west but I’m looking for something skinnier when there is no fresh snow. Still want to be able to ski trees and bumps though And ungroomed stuff.

Totally. I think the 88/104 split is just about perfect. The fact that you get the 104 Free with more rocker compared to the flatter 88 is even more reason for the complement. I will say that the 88 is pretty stiff, and can be a handful in the bumps, so use caution. Have fun! SE

I’m looking for new skis ....have some old b2 bandit Rossingol. I ski aggressive at times. I’m looking for a ski I can grow into and enjoy for a while. Last season I skied my first black. My current skis are 182 in length. I feel like there a lot to get around. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m light for me height. I’m 6’ ...169lbs. I was thinking about 179cm enforce 88. What do you recommend?

A shorter ski will allow for more ease of maneuverability. The 179 length or shorter will help gain the added maneuverability you are looking for. Based on your height and ability level, your recommended range of lengths is 169-174 CM.

In my opinion, the Enforcer 88 is a little easier. For me, the increased rocker and taper combined with a shorter turn radius gives them a quicker, more agile feel in moguls, trees, etc.

Noticeable? Yeah. Significant? Depends on the skier. The 94 still carves really well and has a lot of the same characteristics, but it's a little slower edge to edge, which I do think is noticeable. My answer is similar for soft snow. The 94 is definitely better thanks to the increased surface area, but the 88 is still pretty darn good. Hope that helps!

Looking to add an 88 to my quiver... I have a rossignol elite plus for the hard pack days and an enforcer 93(which I'm looking to replace and move up to a wider ski for the snow days). I'm 5'9 265 lbs and an aggressive skier. I'm looking at the enforcer 88, brahma 88 and storm rider 88. My goal is to have an all mountain daily driver that can handle the whole mountain. I'd say if you're looking for all-mountain versatility in the 88 width, Enforcer or Stormrider are best. The Brahma is still a little demanding in un-groomed terrain or even when groomers get a little bumped up. It's stiffer and more precise, but you lose some versatility. Both the Enforcer and Stormrider are high performing carving skis, but feel nice in off-piste terrain too. The Brahma can do it, it's just more demanding and less forgiving.

Both Spitfires you guys are referring to feel quite a bit stiffer than the Enforcer 88. More race ski influence, the Enforcers have more forgiveness and compliance built into their flex pattern.

Hi guys, I'm about to purchase the enforcer 88. I'm pretty short and light weight but with enough power on my legs and an advanced ski level. I'm struggling with the size. I'm 168cm 62kg. Would you buy the 165cm or 172? I'm more orientated towards the 172 but let me know. Thanks in advance!!

Hi Andrea! I actually think either length could work for you. I know that might not be the answer you're looking for. 165 cm is a perfectly reasonable length for your size. Certainly not drastically short or anything like that. However, if you prefer higher speeds and are an aggressive skier, or if you prefer larger radius turns, there's nothing wrong with the 172. I would focus on your skiing style, preference for turn shape, and how fast you like to ski and let that guide you to the right length. Hope that helps!

They fall into the same category of ski. The enforcer maintains more vibration damping and torsional stiffness through the length of the ski whereas the Mindbender and its Titanal Y-Beam construction allow the ski to have more torsional flex which makes is a more forgiving ski in choppy/ungroomed terrain, but not quite as stout on firm snow in comparison.

I would probably go 186 at your size. You're kind of in between myself and Bob. I generally go 179, Bob 186, but I think if I was 200 lbs, I would want the 186.

I'm dying here. I got a pair of these just after the end of this past season and didn't get to take them out. They've been in the closet calling my name! Let's go, snow!!!

I would recommend the Volkl Kanjo after putting about 30 days on a 2020 pair. Light and forgiving enough for an intermediate, but an advanced skier can get a lot out of the ski as well. Great for progression.

I'm 183 cm 80kg hard charging skier in European conditions. I got the 179cm E88, but I felt like its kind of hard to turn in deeper snow and wont float well unless driving with higher speeds. I'm thinking of simply swapping to E94 and lose a bit of carving ability. Is there honestly any reason to pick up the E88 over E94 unless you already have around 100mm ski on your quiver? I'm also thinking of buying the new unlimited 94 or 104 as a second pair for better off-piste performance and playfulness, but it feels kind of redundant to buy second pair of skis when I was originally going for 1-ski quiver.

No, they're not. Not much is changing with Nordica for 2022. A few new women's skis, but just about all the men's skis carry over. I do think there's a good chance we'll see a change to the 110 and 115 for 2023, but no one at Nordica will confirm that for me, despite my attempts.

Hi there I am about buying a pair of an all mountain skis I m an advanced skier in European conditions,I ski for about 30 years I always had skis about 70mm carving 162cm race skis I prefer go on piste most of my time been aggressive and liking sort and quick turns I am 182cm height 82 kg I was thinking which would fit me better the 172cm or the 179cm? And a last question considering that I spent 85-90% of my time on piste should I go with the enforcer or should I check another all mountain ski like for example the Brahma 88? HI George! I'd think the 172 is a slightly better choice, mainly because the jump from 162 to 179 might be on the drastic side. While the Enforcer is a fantastic choice for all-mountain skiing and carving, I would say the Brahma and Kendo are slightly more precise and powerful when it comes to a pure carved turn. SE

Similar construction, not dissimilar radius on the spec sheet, but a COMPLETELY different feel. The Brahma is going to ski and feel more like a cambered SL/GS ski whereas the Enforcer has a much more west-coast, find the center of the ski's shorter camber, playful feel (this may sound idiotic to call an Enforcer 'playful') but the ski's early rise rocker and rounded tail allows you to release the edges a will when desired - and yet with its construction you can ski on ice when required

Paul pretty much hit the nail on the head. Similar construction, similar conversation, but the Enforcer has a more versatile shape, while the Brahma will have more precision and a little more raw edge grip/stability.

I am an advance skier. I ski groomed runs 80% and bumps 20%. I am going to buy a pair of Enforcers 88 this off-season. The shop I am buying the skis at recommends going with 172 CM. I am 6'.00", 230 pounds. Do you believe a 172 CM will work well for me?

Hi Michael! Nope, that length is going to be quite short for you. You should at least bump up to the 179. A lot of skiers your size would go all the way to 186, but that's not completely necessary unless you're a faster, more aggressive skier. 172 is almost definitely too short for your size as an advanced skier.

The Orb occupies the same slot in the catalog. 88 mm underfoot with metal--very strong carver with a good amount of all-mountain versatility.

I’m 5 7 and I got the 165. Should I have considered the 172?

You could probably ski the 172, but there's nothing wrong with choosing the 165 cm length for your size. It'll be about forehead/eye height, which isn't tremendously short by any means.

Our company is based in Stowe, VT, so most of our content comes from Stowe Mountain Resort, although in past seasons we've traveled more to other resorts. COVID is just making that more difficult.

the Enforcer is way more maneuverable given its shape - that's the trade-off - for me, the Kendo is more of the power cruiser whereas you can do shorter turn stuff with the Enforcer - so it really makes you pick the type of skier you are and what you are looking for because they are different

I agree completely. The Kendo felt insanely good carving a not too icy double black. Total confidence and excellent control. The Enforcer held on just as well but the Kendo had a greater command over the high speed steep turns. Anywhere else and the Enforcer was just way more fun and more maneuverable overall. Sometimes I want to turn small at moderate speeds. The Kendo was more reluctant and required a bit more effort to bend the ski.

Based on your recommendations, I'm looking at the Rossi EXP or the Enforcer 88. Aggressive skier, former patroller - primarily west coast conditions. Looking for stability at speed, but with an ability to ski quicker edge to edge (shorter radius) turns for high speed carving, moguls and technical sections. Currently have '21 Mantras and a dedicated (atomic) powder ski. Thanks so much for the killer reviews and interaction with your subs!!!

The Enforcer 88 will be a more stable ski in comparison, but the lighter profile of the Experience will provide more ease of maneuverability.

I don't think I could say one is necessarily better than the other, they're just a little different. Stance will prefer bigger turns, and feels a little stiffer to me. Enforcer comes across the fall line more easily and has a slightly softer flex pattern, but I think they're equal in overall edge grip, so just comes down to which performance you like more.

I have 176cm Experience80 since 2016. They are not fast for me anymore. From your awesome videos, I started to want one of these Enforcer 88. I had tried demo Experience 88 once and loved them couple years ago... I have 27.5 Salomon Quest 120 Energyzer boots.

I would probably go 179. I'm the same height, a little lighter, and the 179 feels great to me.

For me this ski was a meeeeh and I ended up selling, just didnt have the power I expected an 88 would have, tons of grip, just not stiff enough for bigger riders

Same here. I bought them last season, used once and sold them. Also wasn't thrilled with the feel of the tip rocker. I replaced them with liberty evolv 90 and love those so far!

​@@Jolinator Im bob's size, I also sold my 193cm E93's for same reason. volkl deacon 84 is closest replacement I own mm size. For lighter riders and people not trying to go 50-60 on carve the E88 should be fine. But I had both shovel, center, and tail fold on me. The rocker and ice grip is phenomenal though.

Hahaha, I vividly remember him skiing by me and the first thing I thought to myself was "is that what I look like when I ski by slower skiers?" I also think I skied like that in my college years... I just turned when the trail turned...

Sorry , the 88 appeared more substantial than the 88 Unlimited.
