Black is the only good color with this car.

I’m pretty sure with these shots even a Ford Focus could look like something else

I'm predominantly an Audi fan along with Porsche, but I would absolutely buy this car over anything else. So aerodynamic, so comfortable, so filled with tech, pretty quick in 580 trim, good looking in darker colours, and well built. Maybe when I'm older.

couldn't agree more. It looks like a cheap family compact on the outside, mostly cause of the short front. I know its because there is no need since EQ, and it has something to do with the range, but come on. Make a longer, place some storage or something down there.. As of now the EQS and EQE just looks terrible from the outside.. Whoever designed the outside should be fired, cause the inside is outta this world.

well it's all about aerodynamics, even more so than tesla. Which is probably why they claim 700-ish km range for something that luxurious (massage options etc) and heavy

Inside outstanding modern and nice, but outside way to round/feminine style. Looks like a Hyundai, Toyota or Kia. I miss the agressive German Eagle Mercedes looks like CLS 2013. A Design that will look in 20 years good. This EQS Design wont last long.

@@Francis81z Oh really? Last time I red multiple articles they have been mentioning they will upcoming AMG variant. And yes, I am aware that this is pretty much electric S class with lift back. The pricing for my region hasn't been confirmed, but seems to be great car that shows there is no need for so many unutilised suvs 😉

@@rayan8792 Yeah I been quite keeping an eye on this car, reading and seeing what ever I can. I guess time will tell. I am in Australia which will be literally the last place where it will be released, but it should be coming out end of this year in EU, so I guess they will follow up with more info then. I am sure heaps of channels will be super covering and reviewing this car once it gets released 😀

It looks good enough. Not too bad like the EQA. Long and futuristic. BESIDES IT'S AN ELECTRIC CAR. it's utility over exterior look.

I agree, the back light reminds me of a late 90s Ford Mondeo and Nissan Sentra design language. The most fugly design of any Merc I’ve seen. Front and interior not bad tho

I really love some thinks about the exterior, like the lights, the logo and partly the shape but the proportions are different to other mercedes .

Great looking car... Good presentation! The driver lane assist distronic extended restart in stop and go traffic (auto pilot) is better than Tesla in some ways... Very impressed so far. Yes, I own one of these.... and traded my Model 3 performance for it... And it even came with a steering wheel!

It was for aero. Like all MBZ, it will grow on consumers. I didn't like the CLS when it first came out. I thought it was a stupid Idea and I used to work for MBZ. Go figure.

it was done for cw value (wind tunnel efficiency) form follows function on the outside - on the inside the ultimate living room on wheels :)

I personally much prefer the C/S or even the E-Class interior over this. This is too much and feels to much like a Tesla, just about unnecessary tech.
