Wow thank you for this video! I just picked this one off the manifest because they have none in store and was kind of scared. Love the color and everything that you showed me. Cannot wait for it to get in.

Just got our 2022 Tucson with convenience package and let me say this, Hyundai has changed completely. From years ago and now it is 180 change. Love what they have done with the brand and what they offer for the price compare to competition. Love our Tucson. It is spectacular and at night time those front lights looks out of this world. Just wish they offered little more power and little better mileage. One major thing hope they change in the future model is the real side lights. Current down position is hard to see when stopped at the light. Other than that have no complaint. Absolutely gorgeous car.

The Canadian model with the convenience package comes with the 'Panoramic sunroof' my wife ordered one today, as we live in northern Ontario Canada where it's cold and very snowy, not that we even need a sunroof period, lol.

So much different than the European version!

I got that same color model and all and named him Bender B Rodriguez 😄

Did you guys like the cargo cover once you got it? I bought the 2022 hybrid Tucson. I had a cargo cover and my Land Rover and hardly used it. I was thinking about not getting at this time. Any thoughts?

Ever figure out the ambient lights and what the diffuser does?

Is it possible to get the leather shift knob on the limited trim?

other clips the automatic is pushbuttons ?? no shift stick is it different levels

Looks fine. But I like way more my santa fe 2021 convenience package.

Those aren't headlights. They are daytime running lights (DRL). Headlights are the square lights lower on the fascia.

Does this model have the side view cameras that show what is in your blindspot in the instrument cluster when you put on your turn signals? Or do you have to get the limited for that?

It does not have the side view cameras. The only camera is the rear view cameras.

Does the N-Line have ventilated seats?

I test drove a 2022 Hyundai Tucson Limited FWD today (hybrid version not available yet). Compared to the Rav4 & CR-V Hybrid models, I wasn't blown away by the Tucson like I was expecting based on reviews from other countries. Easily, the best feature was the birdseye cam view. The rest of the hyped up tech was OK, it just didn't have a wow factor. The OEM tires on the Limited version are Kumho's, not a vote of confidence when Hyundai is trying to take the crown in this segment. The touchscreen void of physical buttons is a step backwards IMO. Screen icon touch while driving is frustrating, in any vehicle (I've had it for years & hate it). On the highway, it was nearly as disappointing as both the CR-V & Rav4 re road noise. Around town (under 50mph), the CR-V is hard to beat. But, the CR-V's highway noise seems greater than the others. Again, in fairness, I have yet to test drive the Tucson Hybrid. But if buying today given what's available, I would opt for the CR-V Touring Hybrid over the Tucson Limited gas version (they are nearly the same price & you can likely pay $2k less on the CR-V in discounts). The Rav4's interior seems dated and uninspiring (this coming from a Toyota loyalist).

Thanks, very solid comments. I would suggest giving a try for Tucson Hybrid. Personally I feel it is better than CR-V hybrid from driving perspective. I think the point is there are too may youtube reviews over praising the 2020 Tucson too much, like R*-killer, C*-killer, best in level or whatever. It is good from many perspectives, but better than all other competitors? I don't think so. But the reviews raise the expectation before test driving, so I was not that excited afterwards and even a bit disappointed. Also the entire central control panel (as a publicity stunt) looks amazing from the video reviews, but seeing those in front of you, it is not that elegant (sometimes feel of cheap). But still, it is a good SUV overall.

I totally agree with u , i test drove it + for me it felt big chunk of cheap plastic the interior quality poor

Thanks for the comment! The answer is no. It’s a little weird, but the operating system the bigger screen runs on doesn’t have the capability to do wireless. While the smaller screen on the lower trims allows for wireless CarPlay.

To my knowledge, no trim level includes power folding mirrors.

Does it have fog lights? I didn't think so but what are the two green light symbols on the dash when you drive at 7:12?

It does not have fog lights. The green symbol on the left let’s you know the daytime running lights are on and the one on the right let’s you know the headlights are turned on.

Is the convenience pkg available on the N-Line? I like the smaller sunroof instead of the panoramic one. I think its really cool that you can get it on the SEL now.

I guess they include every option as standard then? I really like the normal sunroof on the lower priced model and also it has a shifter not a pushbutton shift. It would have been nice if they had some chrome exhaust outlets (the dual pipes on the N model look nice!) and the wheels aren't as nice as the ones on my '17.

I want this damn thing bad like butter on my biscuits and the dealer is $1500 away from me on price and the bastard ass won’t move grrrrrr. Lol

I saw that this trim has a spare wheel under the cargo area. Is it standard on an SEL Convenience package? I thought they only come with a repair kit only.

It comes with a spare tire at least the 23 model does in sel

How many miles had you driven this car? And what is the MPG?

Does this car really have a more useful (bigger) cargo space behind 2nd row than it's (bigger?) sibling the Santa Fe?. I'm getting confused now whether I need the larger Santa Fe or the "smaller" Tucson.

I traded in my 2018 Santa Fe for this. 2022 Tucson seems bigger to me. My 20 and 15 year old kids that are adult size fit more comfortably in the back of the Tucson than the Santa Fe. Santa Fe was fine this just seems to have a little more room for passengers. The cargo area seems just as big to me.

Can you get it with a hybrid or a plug-in hybrid?

Whats biggest difference between this trim and the limited besides cooled leather seats and bigger screen? I'm not sure which to get and if limited is worth the extra 5-6k

Probably too late on the reply but the limited has panoramic sunroof, bose speakers, no wireless android auto/apple car play, full fark chrome grill with black logo and a few other things. But with the SEL convenience package I'm not sure if it's worth the extra money

hybrid trims will have 1.6L Turbo not 2.5L T

Doesn't the convenience package come with a chrome front grille, correct me if I'm wrong

No, mine came with a black chrome grill even the hyundai logo on the front is black chrome. Mine looks just like the one in this video except the logo is also black

The convenience package adds hands free power lift gate, 19 inch alloy rims, power sunroof, 10.25 instrument cluster, digital key, wireless charging, ambient lighting, auto dimming rear view mirror, leather steering wheel, leather shift knob, dual climate control with auto defog, and ultrasonic rear occupant alert.

The red gauge cluster looks so off with the rest of the blue interior lighting

The last Tucson seemed to offer more leg room to tall people in the back. You said you are 6'2"' so you are the right person to ask this: does the lowerde dash eat into leg/kneeroom for the driver? I really liked not being cramped in the outgoing model, but I don't see great savings on the old model, usually just 2000$ if that, so not really smart to buy the older model.

I personally thought the front seat was very comfortable. The back seat with the front seat all the way back wasn’t though.

No 2.5 turbo available its the 1.6 turbo

It doesn't have fog lights.....the daytime running lights are along the grill and the headlights are low on each side....
