Because they’re not reliable and the engines aren’t as powerful even though there is a good amount of horsepower and torque if you compare this to Honda Accord you’ll know what I’m talking about.

It's not as reliable as Honda You will notice the difference when all of them hit 60k miles. At that point, Sonata is not as powerful as it used to be.

I have a Sonata Limited 2016, honestly it's been one of my smoothest drives ever. Can't wait till I have enough to upgrade!

Like Sonata, Have own 3. Still have a 2018 SEL. Nice ride. Only time any problem I had with the 2018 was when check engine light come on and it went into limp mode. I was only 2 miles from dealership. This was on a Saturday, so had to wait till Monday, so they could check it out. All it needed was a computer update. Zero cost.

Damn that thing looks badass in black. I had a 2003 Sonata that made it to 250,000 miles. I can't imagine how long the brand new ones would last! If I can get one of these I"ll be set up for 15 years.

I just got the 2023 Limited in black and think it looks great and better than its competitors. The K5 is nice too but the Sonata has a better more distinct interior and more available tech. They both seem better values too. I might like to to see what some of the other colors look like if they matched the grill and other black details to the body color. There were some changes to the infotainment system for 2023

I think this is the equivalent to the sport trim offered in Canada

Such a great car for the money, much better then the Mazda or Camry for inside tech and space.

Toyota and Honda are overvalued. This car looks so fricking amazing!! Damn!!

I think it’s the sexiest between the 3 but I personally think the accord drives the best and handles the best. I owned an accord 3 years and driven all of them and different trims

where I live it snows a lot in the winter so how does it run it those harsh weathers is it capable of doing so?

Any car with bigger rims and less rubber will do bad in the snow if it’s front wheel drive. If it was AWD it would be better of course. I would suggest watching videos on KZread. I am pretty sure there is few videos.

I got to experience my 2020 sonata limited in the snow last winter and it did surprisingly well. I was passing everyone on the highway driving slow because the lanes were covered in thick layers of snow.

Nice exterior but that hp just doesn’t cut it. Also the material used in the interior is also cheap looking. Plastics everywhere.

For 2021 yes it would be. But for 2022 tech package isn’t a package anymore. It is standard on the sel plus

so nothing changed? 2022 Sonata is exactly the same as 2021 Sonata?

Week review. You only focused on the superficial things like chrome and lights. A review should have a plan and focused on 1) overall shape, 2) convenience and 3) safety. You didn’t cover one of the main features such as blind spot cameras, connection to phones and how to use maps, etc.

Well that’s kind of stupid that they give you all that tech now but then they take away the LED turn signal because my SEL +2021 has full LED including the brake light and turn signal so that must be a change for the 2022s

Disappointed that you didn’t go into how everything works. Too much time telling us about stitching and brushed aluminum.

@@Iegend17 get into the operations of the vehicle. My wife just purchased the 22 SEL PLUS. Lots to learn on the screen . Setup easy, but easy to miss some features that could take much time to even know they are there. Manual is like reading an encyclopedia, long and too many details to absorb in short time.

For instance, there are 4 drive modes, normal, sport, smart, custom. How do they work? Multiple driver settings, screen setups, etc. tricks and interesting details. Stitching & brushed aluminum is nice, but fluff.

Cool video. But do you even have an idea how saddening is the condition of old (2014-2019) Hyundai owners 😒!? Hyundai has just left them out in the dark with those leaky/oil-burning engines ⚙. When owners call stealer ship/dealership/Corporate 🏦they are just told to get engine inspected and finally somehow made to pay for those faulty engines themselves! Hyundai is a Korean firm at the first place, and its here for that "One-Time profit with No-strings attached" in the future! ™ I hope one day you can do your research/read between the lines and add that info to your video(s)! (For guys who don't like reading, there are FB Sonata groups, for all the hyundai-injected-misery.📔)
