That price point can’t be the stealth with performance package. Also the red calipers are missing which come on the 304A package. I think that’s just a stealth appearance package.

You are correct. Which is why I'm here to see if anyone else noticed it. The window sticker says 303A package for the Stealth Edition, not 304A for the Stealth Performance Edition package.

I currently have an ‘18 Expedition Max Platinum. I love my Expedition. I’d love to have the extra ponies, so I would order the Stealth Performance Package, 304A.
The truck is beautiful, but that tablet style 🤷🏿♂️screen is hideous to me, in my opinion

I'd say they're about even. I like the 2018-21 Expedition front styling over this and that screen integration is such an eyesore. But the upgraded power is always good.

I’m trying to discourage anyone I can from making the same mistake I did and purchasing one of these. I have been thoroughly disappointed by it at every angle. Many of the disappointments won’t really hit you until after you’ve owned it for a couple weeks or so. When it does, you’ll feel like you should have paid at least $20k less than MSRP to have made it worthwhile.

That’s not a stealth performance..that’s a stealth edition. The stealth performance has the red brake calibers.
I don’t understand why Toyota and Ford are in a V6 craze. The gas mileage is not anything of note minus the V8 power

We have a 2019 Expedition and can't believe the MPG we get and power...LOTS of it ! Blows right by any V8 Same with my F150

This isn't your grandma's V6. You're obviously oblivious to what the ecoboost is and how it performs so if I were you I would stop commenting on how it lacks V8 performance cause you're just making yourself look like an idiot.

@@gorlynmortenson7969 I couldn’t believe the mpg I got too… around, and in some cases even less, than my stock 2012 F150 5.0. Couple ways you can look at that… The TT 3.5 gets a ton of power while achieving acceptable mpg, or the naturally aspirated V8 is about as efficient enough to get as good mpg as a TT v6. Thing is, when you actually use that power, your mpg really, really suffers. And, practically, the power difference between the engines is negligible in that the average driver would seldom make use of the additional power the TT v6 has.
my nice expedition limited max is 2018 model, it seems is the same look same appearance as this one, only a few difference----this new one , the seats have redline stitch, the front info display set up vertical instaed of horizontal set up on my 2018 one. and the new one use a 22 inch rim, my 2018 use 20 inch. new engine out put with more power, other than these, they are the same car, same body platform. and I think this new one is not Off road capability which as the f150 tremor does. I wish that they can make one in long size with off road function.
Can we get a floor shifter please?

I have owned three expeditions with power running boards. My new 2022 drops both boards when you open any door. Is this standard now or is it something i need to have fixed?

I just bought a new 2022. Both running boards drop no matter what door you open.

@@Tonyr0206 it seems like a lot of wear and tear on the side that isn’t being opened. My 2015 only dropped the side you got in on.

@@markvader1154 I traded a 2016 F150 Platinum in on this Expedition. It was the same way: only the side that you opened the door on dropped the running board. I can't agree more that it's a lot of additional wear and tear on them. The running boards on this new Expedition are a new design too. Hopefully it'll fare better over time. Mine on my F150 got to the point where if I wasn't lubricating them on a monthly basis, they'd work slowly or not at all.
Does that have the 440hp motor? I’ve been looking and haven’t found any with that motor that were priced below $80k. I think it has to have the $9800 stealth package.

Yes this is just the stealth appearance package. The performance package has red calipers and the 22 speaker B&O stereo.

it does not. that is indeed only for the 304A package of performance stealth and this one is plain stealth 303A

Wheels look like they've been curbed with that silver at the very top.
Maybe verify what trim your reviewing before starting the review. Not An SPP, just a stealth.
No the Tahoe is still better . More powertrain options and with the 6.2 you can opt for the performance package which comes with the trick eLSD . The expedition does have more comfortable seats though.

@@syedrazvi4139 lmao check your facts again. The Tahoe has as much cargo capacity as the expedition max . Has more than the standard expedition . Leg room is roughly the same in all rows and dimensions wise is slightly bigger . Also offers more powertrain choices . Midsize V8, Big V8 and I6 diesel .

Own a ‘21 Expedition Max. This vehicle never ceases to surprise at how underwhelming it is. Just when I become disappointed at one thing, something else about it begins to disappoint me. Between this vehicle and an actual F150, the only thing you gain is seating capacity. Everything else really seems like a downgrade. If you don’t need the seating capacity, go buy an F150 instead or you’ll be in the same club of regret I found myself in. I traded my 2012 F150 in for this, and it feels like I paid for a setback.
Why do they blackout everything but have that stupid chrome strip along the windows and the back hatch? Makes no sense FORD

Will no longer be compliant with warranty after upgrades but don’t care because you can put in a V8 supercharged engine paired to a Z-Def transmission in it later when it dies. And redo leather seats. You can keep this car forever. Why rebuy to same chassis and body over and over again. You can literally change everything and put after market body kits with front bumpers and affixes lights if you want to. 😂
Blacked out stealth? Where is it at, this one has chrome. Ford ucked up. Why didn’t anyone say “ maybe we should paint these chromes pieces black”.

GM is better. The Tahoe drives so much smaller and better than the Expedition. The Ford is big and sloppy by comparison. I like Ford trucks better than GM and for Full Size SUV I like GM better
