Nice job with the video. Vwey helpful ! Q.. why dont rhe icons appear in left o lf driver console to where you have BSM and auto bright headlights on? The indicator lights seem to go off when shifting into drive? I have a 2023 RC F Sport ... thank you !

Hi! I'm sorry, I'm not sure which icons you are asking about? Are you looking for the multi-information display? That is visible when you press the arrow/menu button on the steering wheel (it looks like a sideways u-turn arrow). That will open the menu. I hope that helps.

Great video this car is hard to come by! Is there a way the dealer can replace the infotainment with a touchscreen? And when is RC due for redesign and actual interior upgrades etc. provided that Lexus doesn't discontinue it? Sales are very low for the RC unfortunately

Hi Gib! Thanks so much! Unfortunately, there isn't a compatible retrofit of a touch screen from Lexus. There might be aftermarket options, but I would be careful with warranty issues and quality of the work. I haven't seen an update for the RC, but many of the models in the lineup are getting a lot of updates for 2023. Fingers crossed!

One quick question. Can you talk about the 2021 fog lights...I see them, but don't find any controls for it. Please... I don't find anything either in the manuals or online. I'd truly appreciate that...

Hi Robert, Thanks for your question. If your Lexus has fog lights you will be able to control them with a small dial on the headlamp stalk. When the fog light selector is dialed to the "on" position, then they will turn on when the low-beam headlights turn on. I hope this helps! Thanks again for being here!

Hi Harry, To turn on your RC350 in Accessory mode, press the Engine Start/Stop button without applying the brake. One press will get you some of the accessories and a second press will get you the remaining accessories that are able to operate with out the support of the gasoline engine running. When you are ready to turn the engine on, just apply the brake and press the Start button like normal. Hope this helps. Thanks for your question!👍

Sorry to bother you but I have another question sometimes when I'm backing up in my garage which is tight my parking break engages in my RC350 F sport

Hi Harry. Is it the Parking brake engaging or the PKSB system? Meaning you are getting an alert from the Parking Sensors and then it is applying the brake for you? Have you tried muting the parking sensor alert to see if that will help? Also maintain a very low speed. I hope this helps.

It's been super fun in my f sport 3 black line! But one thing we forgot haha... the remote start! 3 hits and hold 3rd it will remote start😂❤

Hi David, that might be possible through the TechStream software. Please check with your Lexus dealer's Service department. They will need a Technician to plug in the computer and check the settings that are available for the key fob details. Sometimes there are adjustments that can be made for volume. My 2022 RX450h two speakers on dashboard mute when talking on phone. Is this normal? Is there a way to turn them on? It's abnormally low when talking on the phone without two speakers on the dashboard on.

Hi Tam, All Bluetooth volume settings are independent of one another. To better adjust the volume for call, get an active call going while connected to Bluetooth, then adjust the volume with the buttons on the side of your phone to max. Then you can make additional adjustments with the volume controls on the car to fine tune things. You might need to do this with different app that have audio as well, like music or navigation apps. They are all separate. Hope this helps :)

I also have a team of Lexus Technology and Lexus Delivery Specialist I've trained in my department. It's an excellent foundation for associates who are transitioning into Sale or Service positions later on.
