Documented my experience getting our new 2021 Model Y in for its first service on delivery issues. The side window, camera glass, and windshield wipers need to be fixed. I couldn't be happier with our experience.

We have two Model Y's and been in for both. Nothing serious and all issues have been resolved. What have you experienced? We got in under a week and out the door in under a day or so.
When I had my Tesla the service centers were always 100% a great experience. Never did I have an issue or lack in experience. You can have confidence that they will get the job done.

Absolutely.
It's great that you've had your issues fixed and great that you had such good service....I've had mine for about the same length of time as you and haven't had any issues except a minor issue when I first got it where the glove box wouldn't open...They supposedly fixed it right when I picked it up but it stuck again while driving home. A quick appointment was set up for the mobile service tech to come to my house in the first week and he had fixed it by putting some shims in the dash to allow more clearance for the glove box door....Very convenient service right in my own garage!

Congrats. When taking delivery take your time to inspect the car. Also, make sure you have your home charging figured out. Enjoy the moment and don't feel rushed to get out of there. Take your time!

@@prestonmoochnek1455 Wow do I know that feeling. We went weeks without a car and it only builds the anticipation. Even though you are touchless delivery the staff is happy to assist with any questions or issues you need to document. If you can take delivery earlier in the day they are more likely to have someone that might be able to fix anything if needed. Cheers.

More like a protector of my investment. By no means is my car perfect. Nor was any car I bought that was a Ford, Chevy, Scion, or Nissan. I have owned them all. Owned 1 Lemon out of 15 cars. So...Meh. I no doubt will own another EV manufacturer in my lifetime. The Mach-E was a really close buy. I am a supporter of the change. I have also converted to solar. NOT Tesla. Just saying. Cheers Leo. My advice would be to try to find less hate as that is using at the ground level. Rise up. But I can take that constructively as my videos are possibly too positive. Maybe my next video will be documenting all the things I don't care for.

@@DoingitDave Just for an experiment try sitting in an Audi or even Mach E , you will feel the difference. Especially in materials and craftsmanship.
