Press and hold the boot close button on the tailgate until it beeps, it'll set the height to the position it's in. That'll be why it didn't open fully.

Hi Ahmad, I am afraid I have not reviewed the 2022 version of this vehicle so I can not tell you what had changed

Is there space in the second row for three carseats? Would a car seat fit in the third row?

I can not be 100% but I do not remember there being isoFix on the 3rd row and also I’m certain there was no isoFix in the middle either. 3 booster seats in the middle maybe but not 3 full size car seats

Why Everybody (who tests this car) tries to sit on the third row (and complains that it is not comfortable)? If manufacturers manual says that third row is for persons not taller than 1.5 meters!

Being honest I do not read the manufacturers manual for every car, it is the sort of thing you would find out as an owner or in the comments of a video

It’s the top of the range Xccellence Lux, I have just found out it’s actually the pre facelift model which means the infotainment system is different but most of it is exactly the same. Part 2 is out tomorrow

Was this Tarraco fitted with Summer tyres?

They were the standard tyres from the manufacturer so not sure what that it is I’m afraid

@@DamoDrives May I ask that you review these as part of your reviews? I have a SEAT car on Motability in the snow on the 24th January my car skidded despite the speed being below 16mph on my dashcam recording, it damaged two wheels the wheel bearing and both nearside tyres. It was snow and frost on the day and I had to get to Hospital for a pacemaker however I didn't make it and no one told me the car had summer tyres on it. I live in Shropshire 700' above sea level, it is often frost and snow in the winter I am now unable to use the car in cold weather, as I am disabled I cannot afford spare wheels and tyres. SEAT and Motability should not fit summer tyres.

I’m sorry to hear this, I would suspect it will be an all weather tyre but I do not know if this is the case.

But this is not a 2021 Tarraco, it is previous verion

@@DamoDrives has the old steering wheel, old infotainment, old gearstick, no coast to coast rear lights, old climate control, usb c is now on the new one, and apple car play not having to plug into the usb. Hate to break it to you but the dealer gave you an old model demo

That’s really intreating and thank you. I thought something seemed different as I had just reviewed the new Leon and Ateca and I assumed they used a different infotainment 😂 in fact in part 2 the thing I did not like about the car was no wireless Apple car play 😳. Hopefully a lot of what I said still applies

Looks like you’re sat up high , how low and far back does the driver seat go please, nobody ever shows the full adjustment of drivers seat for some reason, including yourself lol

I am 6’ and that was the perfect driving position for me but no idea the full range, it certainly went back more but not sure it went any lower. It’s an SUV so you will sit higher

Sadly, the Tarraco is one of the most disappointingly average cars I have ever purchased. Things that are OK: - Engine (Until it needed Oil at 3500 miles) - DSG Gearbox - The Colour - Black - The wheels - 20" on the Xcellence LUX Annoying things - Seats: 'Leather' has the comfort and quality of a 1975 Morris Marina - Seats: Only driver side is electric - Seats: Not comfortable for long drives - Lighting: You need to use your camera to see in the boot and rear set of seats in the dark. One small light in the boot isn't enough - Lighting: Don't need 'Hola' shining on the floor when you unlock the car (add more lights to the boot) - Dials: You can't see how many miles you have actually done in the car if you have Auto Cruise Control enabled. You need this if you are on a miles per year contract. - Dials: Street sign recognition on UK isn't enabled. It is in the system, but not enabled - Sunblind: Designed for left handed drivers. Trust me, try and pull it down with your right hand, it can be done, but the recess is on the left side. - Blind spot or overtaking recognition: There isn't one despite this being the 'top of the range' with all the cameras you can shake a big stick at. - Third row seats: Small, but you there isn't a button to drop them down on the 22 and later model. It used to be there, but was removed for some reason. (Save cost again) If the car was 20% cheaper, a lot of the niggles could be excused, but this is a £40K (TDI model) so it needs to compete with the other £40K cars. Reply

Oh dear sorry to hear that. Difficult as a review having it for 2 days to really understand what it’s like , think that only really happens after a month or 2

Peugeot rifter have best and largest space. two last seats are great. Therefore is the best 7 seater.

I have not driven that suv so cannot say if it is better ! The driving experience and build quality on Seat is really good and very little in its class are as good
