I was quite a bit skeptical about the design when the car was first introduced, but I have to admit that after seeing one in person a few days ago I loved it. It actually looks very very good , especially in black.

@@nicotang5583 ja schön ist ja auch geschmacksache ist aber ummmm weiiittenn besser als ein lexus ist komfortabler mehr Luxus. Und der genesis wird sowie so kein Land sehen gegen die platzhirsche. Also ich finde die deutschen autos um Welten besser als Japaner da die deutschen viel schöner sind und mehr für ihr Geld bieten mehr Komfort besser Interieur Qualität. Ein japaner ist besser geworden keine Frage aber immer noch nicht so gut wie die deutschen. Mir ist das Interieur bei den Japanern komisch alt backen. (Meine Meinung!!!)
I dont know about the interior just yet .... but the exterior is definitely growing on me . It looks really classy !

Amazing car mercedes always change the dynamics of automobile ❤️🔥
When it came out, I was really impressed with all the features it has, I mean Mercedes took this car to a whole new level.
We‘ll see what the costumer experience will be after 1-2 years of ownership. Thats when quality starts to show off. But i‘m psyched for the new 7 series to match this one, it‘s a new era of cars.
Fantastic! Loved the S-Klasse as well as the presentation.
I'm curious about the burn in of the OLED screen.

For an oled to have a burn in it needs to have a static image on for an entire year

It probably moves ever so slightly such that burn-in is almost impossible.

Screens don’t equal luxury in my opinion, the more screens they add the more tacky it looks. But it’s an S class at the end of the day so I’m sure it’s a beautiful car to drive
I was lucky enough to drive one and let me tell you, I was life changing! I love it! Best all around car for me.

to be fair it looks much worse than the old one... i mean its not an ugly car but its such a dissapointment compared to last 2 models... And i hear people saying ull get used to it... i do t agree, its been months now im not used to it and i never liked older mercedes design. These last 5 years were like the best design, thiz makes it look so much cheaper, inside and outside.

If you think about it the V8 is a bit too much considering you can legaly use it to the max on the autobahn (or a track which i think nobody will use it on besides nurbugring maybe) so the 6 cylinder is enough power for most of the world
This car doesn t have that leg rest on the backseats because is a short version, not the long one. You can have that “bed” option in the rear right seat even with a 5 seat config if the s class is a long version!
S500 with 6 cilinders... Wtf... Cars becaming without soul...
I remember times when my grandfather bought hes brand new s500 in 2007 and it actally had 5liters v8 engine.

@@brandonczw because learn some history before asking stupid questions. S500 has ALWAYS been a V8, not a fucking V6, V6 is for S350. S500 is a V8. now the fuckers changed it, this is the worst S class in history inside and out.

@@idsfsdidjdjfg9185 i'm not fucking stupid. i've owned multiple mercedes for the past 10 years and i know them inside out, i know all about their naming scheme. C43 used to be a 4.3 V8, 600 was for 6.0 V12s and now it's a V8 in the GLS 600 & etc. The numbers don't indicate displacement anymore, they are merely just to distinguish between higher and lower models. Many carmakers are doing this, but it seems to be a particularly big deal for the S-Class.
