you don't know what you're talking about, I love the controller knob, it's awesome. You don't have to struggle to zoom out on the controller know like you said, it's just one twist on the knob!!! so easy. I love the infotainment system.

The console control is not dreadful, and is much more accurate and easier to use than to try to touch an icon on the screen while your car goes over bumps, and your hand is moving wildly as you try to touch a specific point on the screen. The console control is much more stable. Re-think.

That was exactly my thought. I switched from a subuaru cross trek to this Mazda, and I can assure you I have zero regrets. This car has more to offer. From a touch screen to the wheel control, once you learn it, you can see how practical and much safer it is. I could never use the world dreadful.

What good is a touchscreen on a bumpy road? Try sitting in the passenger seat while someone drives and try texting with the touchscreen on your phone.

Tbh the back being cramped is quite subjective. My family has a 2006 Corolla and the rear legroom is less than that of this Mazda. Regardless, I honestly find it to be quite roomy, which would mean this CX 30 would feel even roomier!

I have to agree with both David Wollpert's and Steven Hua's comments. I don't get why car reviewers keep saying that because the CX-30 doesn't have a touch screen, that it is a negative. The HMI controller is much easier and safer to use than a touch screen plus you don't get finger prints on the screen. As far as the rear seating is concerned, I am 5'11 and I have about 2-3 inches of leg room in the back (behind my normal driving seat position in the front) and the head room is fine. I guess if you are 6'1 ft and over, it might be an issue, but the majority of people are under this height. I am getting my 2022 CX-30 GT awd turbo probably around late Feb or early March depending on production in Mexico. Machine Grey Metallic with Garnet Red leather interior. I am getting out of my 2019 Mazda 6 Signature trim (awesome car) because Mazda is discontinuing the 6 in 2022, and the trade in value is good right now. I test drove the Mazda 3 GT sedan awd turbo as well. What an amazing car! Loved it! The other thing I don't like is when they compare this 3 sedan/or hatchback turbo to the Mazdaspeed 3. I had that car as well back in 2008. This new turbo 3 is A WAY better, just as quick and MUCH more comfortable than that care in almost every way.

No one in my family is over 6 feet. Just purchased a 2021...I pickup on March 11th, 2024. Excited to take on the road.

I have a 2020. The infotainment system is great if you go with the flow and use voice commands instead of fumbling through menus to tune the radio.

It is being offered in the GT trim as well as front and rear parking sensors for the 2022 year

Its about the same price as crosstrek limited hyundai Konami top etc

Too bad that the paint chips if you look at it. Lovely car though (I have one, but 2020 version).

such a beautiful car but that body cladding is ridiculous.

Non touch info system is a dealbreaker

I don't agree with Your endless ranting about the infotainment system. It's easy to use after a day or two. You talk too much and too fast, ease off the coke a little.

Those huge black plastic fenders are disgusting. You’re practically forced to get this car in a dark color to hide them.

I added extra blacked-out accents (front/side trim, roof rails, roof, triangular section of rear hatch where license mounts & section of front hood) to my 2022 CX-30 to better incorporate the black cladding/bumper, as well as picking up the the Carbon Edition (Polymetal Gray Metallic paint) with the black wheels & black side mirrors. Looks great now, with a moody post-apocalypse rally-car sort of vibe to it. Have to improvise sometimes. Best Crossover in its size/price segment IMO.

I purchased this car, before I purchased it, I watched your stream. You're completely wrong, most of the crap you say is a lie. The only thing you had right was the gas milage, the touch screen is bull crap, with Android car, everything is hands free. How are you a car expert?
