Great vid! My light has been out for 2 years after my stupidty, tailgate down while towing a trailer. After eayching your vid i installed a new one in about 30 minutes.
Very helpful. Thank you. Seems like a lot of us Jeep owners are having problems with a $115+ part. Even if covered by warranty it's faster to do it myself. I wish they made the light better, but this sure made it easy for me to do it myself. Thanks again. Enjoy that beer.

FWIW, my 2021 Mojave had a bad connection (i.e. LED was still good). Didn't want to waste time taking to dealer, so was motivated to fix at home. Turned out the male connector on LED was not making good connection to plug/harness (came on when wiggling connection). In my case, it seems the male prongs were a bit thin for female connector, so only option was to twist the male prongs a little (more like horizontal blades) to force more pressure on female end. All good now. I could have probably just adjusted wire to put more pressure on connector, but that would not have been a long-term solution.
What part number did you use for the LED bar ?

6833 8388 AC is the part number called for on my VIN.
