Just got done driving this car as a rental for 5 days. I surprisingly enjoyed it.

The feature that really sold me was the AM AND FM radio.

This car gets hated on but is definitely the class leader, just take a look at the 2022 civic, copy of the Kia inside and out...better go get yours before the word gets out

look at the interior of the 2020 Elantra, its nearly identical to the forte

great Job with this review it was good to see a tall person fit with comfort in the front and back seats

I’m so glad Kia is still making a midsize sedan. Small enough that its easy to park but still rides nice on the interstate

I just got this exact same one! I love my Kia so far 🙂

Just had my 2019 sky blue Kia forte with only 16,000 miles stolen right out my driveway last night didn’t even own it a month but loved the car..

@@jordanbudd6067 im so sorry to hear that! Hell i had someone hit mine last month when they ran a redlight. Still waiting on adjuster to finish estimating damage. It looks awful. Needs new front end, passenger door, back passenger door. Fucking sucks!

@@aeb8101 it really does suck not even 2 weeks after I got the car someone scraped down the whole side of the car while I was in the store and they ran and not even a full month of owning it and it gets stolen right out my driveway. Really enjoyed the car but I’d stay away from kias they are constantly getting stolen in my area

I got the lx trim km from canada and man it turns heads! *specifically korean ones*lol they got pride in their brand

I just got a 2020 Forte and love it so far. Great bang for the buck and has most of the bells and whistles of a newer car.

I was looking into getting this exact car but learning that it has a cvt transmission I think I'll pass I had a 16 Nissan altima with a cvt that went out I tried to take it to a transmission shop that'll I've done business with for years and they said they don't do any cars with cvt Transmissions because they're a pain to work on and or replace I also don't like that fact of not knowing if the transmission is shifting correctly since there are no gears

Is this car equipped with spare tare and tire tools when delivered by dealer ? Thanks!

Check dealer, some may have inflation system.

I’m ticked they canceled the 6sp on the base fe model.

When you got on the interstate you should have put it to the floor to show speed and noise value ... Just saying...

I’m here because I’m not having a great experience with my 2021 LXS! I love the car buttttttt it just seems like steering wheel takes so much effort and there’s a lot of swerving while I drive. LAK feature is off. This is actually my second one because the first one had a bent axel and barely no miles on the car when I bought it:/ I wish I loved the car like everyone else but I regret it!!!!! I’m looking at videos trying to figure out what’s the issues with the car swerving and I think it’s probably just the sensors. The car dealership can’t find anything wrong so I’m annoyed at this point. Lol

Take it to another dealer and file a complaint with KIA. You may need to get the camera calibrated.

I'm having the same issue with mines and It's brand new so idk if it's something I should be worried about or not. I hate when I'm driving and the steering wheel starts moving.

@@ItsTeylor the only thing I notice is when the LKA system is on, it usually swerves to keep you in your lane and when you don’t use your signal when switching lanes. It’s terrible driving the car against wind as well. Even the slightest bit of wind will have the car jumping all over the road. Feels so unsafe.

@@Allthingsdezha Yeah. I rented one and you are right the LKA is extremely squirrely at freeway speeds and any cross winds will force the car to jerk back into its lane.. The car is indeed good in alerting you that you are driving out of your lane and will force you back in..

I think you have to push them manually unless you have power folding option, then there should be a button by window controls or lower left hand of dash.

Coming from a teen driver I love my Kia Forte lxs it’s a good mixture of little engine power apple care plays amazingly helpful if lost for instance just use the maps without having to look at phone , fuel economy is pretty good and the safety features are okay depending on how you drive i don’t find them necessary but they do help

@@Olahve982 don’t listen to this clown. I have this same car and love it. Already have 10,000 miles On It and zero issues. Car drives itself on the interstate. I had the dealer tint the windows and remote start. My only complaint was no LED’s (they make aftermarket for them tho) and no spare tire. Their is a flat kit tho. And free roadside assistance. The car itself is a steal for what you get. All the bells and whistles the high end cars have at a 20,000 price tag. Good car. And great warranties Put on cruise control and lane keep assist on the interstate and the car will drive itself

You say that now but wait till your little 1.6 turbo shits out. The 2.0 in sport mode with trac control off is just as quick. The cvt has been tweaked and debugged and is a beast
