Interesting to note (based on the specs you showed) that although the Multistrada looks huge compared to this, the lowest setting seat height is only 5mm different and the Africa Twin is actually slightly heavier. I wouldn't have guess that.

I have a 2019 Versys 1k SE and test rode one of these today, great bike I need to win the lottery now so I can have both 😄

Mark Saunders no its actually on the outer covering and does not affect inflation.... I know as I dropped it last year in Norway.

Mark Saunders the ‘pin’ is a poppy pin for Royal Navy Clearance Divers and is very rare as there are only around 400 divers in the navy at any one time. He is very proud of it. Ride safe.

I would have thought they would give the touring version a 19” front wheel.

Merry Christmas chaps. Interesting to hear Mark say he would consider this over a GS but if you had the two side by side in the garage and a full days riding ahead of you, which one would you take for a 6 or 7 hour ride? (In the U.K.)

I love Honda, and I am sure this bike is amazing but for some reason, I don't like the look of it, but it would probably be the first bike I test when I am tired of my RT or Yamaha's Tracer 900 GT.

Wonder if it will hold its value like a bmw

Hi Guys, Before you put your deposit(s) down, wait and try the new Tiger 900 (thats if you have a local dealer), it may be just as good (according to the Triumph blurb), and seems it may cost less. As for build quality, the Tiger XRX I had was I think actually better than the Honda X-ADV that I now have. Cheers Gordon

After owning 3 Gs's my new bike is a KTM 1290 s....got it for a good price and picking it up in 3 weeks

Nice bike. I like everything except the chain, and it's almost as pricey as a GS. Therefore, GS... :)

Crosstourer 1200 has shaft drive.

IF i downgrade from my GS1250 i don't see me getting this, for some reason i don't like the looks of it (can't explain it). Maybe i would look at the new 900 from BMW? or the Moto Guzzi V85 or the Versys 1000. Merry Christmas guys.

When are you ever going to use half of that stuff?. Save yourself a fortune and ride by the seat of yr pants on a CB500X. Mo. PS. Good video lads.

Honda, give us one with a 19" front alloy wheel ala GS and another 25hp and you'll have a winner,to heavy and underpowered at the minute
