It looks like your handlebars are crooked when it's going straight. My wife's ryker is the same way., There is suppose to be a service bulletin/ recall for this.

At a power sports dealership. You do have to register and have insurance upon purchase. You will also need an mc licence 2,or 3 wheel restriction doesn't matter which if planning on riding public roads or freeways

Almost impossible to avoid potholes unlike a car or bike.

I believe this is the 2019.. I have one just like yours
