I have this system in my 22 X5, and it's just not loud enough for me. Wish they would have offered the bowers and wilkins at the time I ordered it.

Yes I agree with you. The bowers is an improvement from what I’ve heard
What types of audio files can it play? FLAC and aac?

I’m hearing the bowers set up is better but I’m happy with the Harman setup. Really strong performance
how good is this system between my 2008 e60 5 series

Ah. I wish I’ve tried out the e60 sound system. I would assume that it’s a clean sounding system compared to any older gen car. Your would need to try it out for your self.
