@@hereticlife2546 no professional fights but plenty of backyard/school yard, bathroom, and random street fights. Too old now to do anything professional with my experience but hasn't stop me from joining gyms and learning the craft in a "formal" setting. Has actually helped me honestly, I gotta different "sense" and it helps that I've always been athletic and flexible.

This is literally the best show on KZread I wait for this like an episode of game of thrones great everyone

growing up training in a temple with monks would explain why that guy is so savage.

Muay Thai is not only about how fast or hard you launch the punch but it is about endurance and heart

I usually wait until im ready to train or something before i watch these but i woke up and seen "MUSTACHE TRAINER" and immediately clicked. We had been missing him last few episodes

Ginger had the best mindset going in, always excited about the workout. Just needs to be ferocious a little more and he’ll make it.

I’ve met Laimang and he’s the nicest but most stone cold killer person I’ve ever met. I can still feel his flying knees and kicks every time I see his face 😂

The whole "pads that hit back" is a great concept. and training technique. What if the day comes when you're in a fight with some one who isn't responding to anything that you do? Will you quit because you aren't laying out your opponent? Life is a lot like "pads the hit back," isn't it?
